Agree/Disagree? | Nothing that seems incredibly far off. All seem like reasonable and fair projections. _________________

Dominic Leone and then Isaiah Yates. Can't find anything on Leone, but Yates is a top 400 guy.
Is CJ Hinojosa signable? Would like to take the risk. _________________

Agree on all except for the Taijuan curve, I think it's a 60 right now. _________________

Michael Saunders isn't on the all-star ballot. You have to write him in if you want to vote for him. The 3 Mariners outfielders from which you can select:
Ichiro
Carp
Gutierrez
What a joke.

Apparently it's a stupid MLB rule that you have to choose a select number of players (3 OF, 1B 2B 3B SS, C) to appear on the all-star ballot. Doesn't matter if Saunders had a 2.000 OPS and 30 home runs, he wouldn't be on the ballot.
So dumb. _________________

Saunders has put up the 4th highest WAR of AL centerfielders.
He shouldn't be in the game, but he deserves some votes. _________________

I really don't get why we keep this up with Noesi? Dude is garbage. I cannot stand watching him. _________________

Each team selects which players appear on the ballot before the season even starts.
I'm not looking at it right now do don't quote me but I'm pretty sure Mike Trout and Bryce Harper aren't listed either since both were in the minors to open the year. _________________

Hector Noesi has to be the worst 0-2 count pitcher of all-time.
In other news, Saunders has dented either his bat or the baseball twice now. _________________

I'd be shocked if Cassevah gets out of this. You guys should be getting the lead here shortly. _________________

Taking a look at some of our picks today, and our 40th round pick sounds pretty interesting. Churchill had him as the 85th best player in the draft.
RHP James Kaprielian
Quote: | 6'03" 190lbs DOB: 03/02/94 | Scouting Video
There's nothing like a pair of no-hitters to make people sit up and take notice. Beyond those stellar results, Kaprielian has impressed with his stuff as well. He has one of the better curve balls among high schoolers in the Draft class, and he can throw it for strikes consistently. The UCLA commit's fastball will run into the 90-92 mph range (with more to come), and he even shows a feel for the changeup. |
Assuming he's a tough sign if he dropped that far. _________________
