Trillwave dropped the TRAPGODZ: Volume III EP for free today. Good stuff, definitely worth the download. Nothing fancy, but solid.

Also, December 2nd can't get here soon enough for the new Roksonix drop. Anyone else catch "In Flight" yet? That track has been in a constant rotation for me for the past couple days.

Anyone else gotten into Unlike Pluto? A little bit of a commercial sound, but the stuff's really clean. A bit like GRiZ but poppier.

It's House with a bit of hip hop influence. Disclosure's been pretty adamant that they're not Deep House, which I agree with because tracks like "Help Me Lose my Mind," "White Noise," and especially "Latch" don't have that 4/4 kicks signature of deep house. People just heard deep jazz chords and simple beat loops and automatically label it deep house.

It's catchy stuff, all the same.

If you like Disclosure, the obvious checkouts are Duke Dumont, Gorgon City, and Shadow Child. Check out Bondax too - a little spacier, but their production quality is really tight. And Billy Kenny a bit more in the vein of traditional deep house, but he's got a groove and a lot of fat bass that gives a very Disclosure-like feel.
