Quote:
Howard Eskin of NBC 10, who also serves as the sideline reporter for the Eagles’ radio broadcasts, isn’t buying it. Appearing on Tuesday’s PFT Live, Eskin said he’s heard that Peters didn’t suffer the second tear by falling out of the Roll-A-Bout, and that Peters simply may have been doing too much walk-a-bout and too little Roll-A-Bout.

So, it may not be that the Roll-A-Bout failed Peters, but that Peters failed to use the Roll-A-Bout in the first place.

Quote:
The Eagles still haven't ruled Jason Peters (NFI, Achilles') out for the season.
The Eagles are holding out hope that their All-Pro left tackle can make it back this season. They'll evaluate Peters between Weeks 6 and 9, the three-week window when NFI players may resume practicing. "It's a long stretch," coach Andy Reid conceded. "But we haven't ruled him out."

Obviously, it would be a huge boost for the Eagles OL if he can come back strong.

He re-ruptured it 5-6 months ago. That last post was an update.

He won't be back this year. Not a chance

The dangers of bumping old threads. I thought he injured it AGAIN, and would have said his career is over.

Sorry I about that, I just figured it was interesting news that wasn't worthy of its own thread. Embarassed
