I like the first 4 rounds. Those are the only prospects I know though. Do you really think Jones, Nassib, and Tank fall that far though? Seems really lucky to me, but I'll take it. |
Nassib will go somewhere between 14 and 75 where, I don't know. Tank will fall as far as Bruce Carter.
Y U NO KNOW JAKE KNOTT!? |
Carter went in the 2nd round, no? _________________

love it.
i'd be tempted to go DE in the 1st, with a guy like D.Moore. But if Lotulelei can generate serious pressure up the middle, it could easily make the DEs we have look better as he draws more attention. and he's definitely one of the best prospects likely available at that point regardless of position.
Barrett Jones would be huge for us. Would be nice to have him anchoring the middle of our O-Line for years. I've been fairly giddy watching him slip to potentially the very top of the 2nd round in a lot of rankings and mocks. If that happens, it's a no-brainer pick for us imo.
Got a developmental QB in there, which is great.
It's hard to see Carradine falling that far though. Have to think some team with aging depth at the position will be willing to take a shot on his potential despite the injury before the 4th round. But hey, if it happens that way...i'd be ecstatic to add the guy.
Jake Knott seems like a great pickup too. From what i've seen, he'd be a solid if unspectacular fit adding LB depth that we need. Provided he gets healthy. Love the idea of grabbing an injury slider at that point though.
Oscar Johnson i don't know much of anything about though. What's the scoop on him? |

He's doing a lot better than most of us think. He was used as a 6th offensive lineman for the early part of the season and is doing well now that the QB is willing to pass in the middle of the field and take risks. There were plenty of times when Lewis was wide open on a levels route concept and Gabbert would pass to the lower route. I'm not sure of the situations that happened on or if Gabbert was being asked to read low to high, but he has had Lewis open plenty of times for a nice gain, even when it isn't a levels play. _________________
