Welcome to the 2012 Eagles Forum Fantasy Championship. This year I have re-jigged the format that makes the lower league all more important to win.
Once again, the top 12 players from last year will for the Varsity Championship League, and will battle it out to become Eaglebowl III champion, and forum bragging rights.
In previous years we had a sub-division called the Junior Varsity League, which consisted of the next 12 teams. Below this division was the Freshman division with another 12 teams, with many more teams interested.
This year, however, there will be three sub divisions from the Varsity League, the winner of each will earn a place in next seasons Varsity Championship, replacing the bottom three teams in the Varsity League.
The three divisions will be named the Dawkins Division, Westbrook Division and McNabb Division. Each year there will be signup's for these three divisions, on entry you will be placed in the Eaglepool and will be placed in one of the three divisions. Every year at then end of the season, all teams go back into the Eaglepool, and fresh league will be generated every year.
This allows for all teams outside Varsity to gain promotion to the league in one season, rather than going through multiple divisions to get there.

League Rules
DRAFT TIME FOR ALL LEAGUES - Sunday 2nd Septemeber at 3pm EST (8pm BST)
Those who miss the draft, with out a good reason, will be deducted 10 points per game. Just let me know before hand if you will miss it, and have a decent reason.
Bye week players, or open spots, without good reason will this year equal a 15 point deduction from the weeks total.
3 points deductions in a season equals automatic relegation.

Penalties/Points Deductions Rulings

All together, that is 3 points deductions, thus Auto relegation. |

Awwww, I was suppose to move up to JV this year. 
Now it's just like nah man we're just effing with you.
I feel like the top two teams of each division should get to move up. The top half of Varsity gets to stay, not the top three quarters, but that's just me.

I feel harsh on dropping six, it would create turnover though and would give everyone a chance.
But then again, it makes it all more important to win your league to move to the big time. Ie. You need to be the best, to join the best....but I'm happy with either...

How about the top team from each division automatically go up, with the best 2nd place team, so 4 go up and 4 go down each year???
