Roberson played in Tampa before and he played for Schiano at Rutgers. Makes sense.

Kenny Britt.

More CB depth isn't going to hurt. The Browns did have a solid passing D, so maybe it's a good signing.

aha yeah forgot Britt he'd be nice too! Very Happy

But yeah seriously we could use all the corners we could get.. (Competition for Biggers and Lewis)

To me this makes sense, same logic with the other Rutger player signings, BB did the same in NE. You bring in players that already know the system that you are running to help ease the transition. Really just a depth signing and why not get a player that knows your system.

as a pure rookie as the 5th/6th corner that had to come in due to injuries...

We once had a guy here and that guy last year lead the NFL in interceptions...Kyle Arrington

Nothing wrong with bringing someone back. Let some real coaches work with him....

Cant hurt

IMO Roberson more than held his own that game for being the last guy on the DC! I would have liked D.J Johnson to have been placed on the PS last year he flashed many times last year in the preseason!

Agreed. That was an admirable performance considering his lack of experience.

The CB competition behind Talib, Barber and Wright is going to be very interesting. Myron Lewis and EJ Biggers have no ties to this coaching staff. If they want to keep their jobs they have some work to do.
