This is the 2nd time in 3 years that the NBA finals is a hatefest for me. I grew up absolutely hating the spurs and mavs. The Heat are just really easy to hate. For me, it was originally the Big Three schtick and now add on the infatuation with Birdman and Mike Miller both of whom I personally can't stand (may or may not be the excess of tattoos).

On a lighter note, this should mean a Houston v. Miami Finals in 2015.

Anderson and Miller are only cool because of their tattoos.

And I'm not really sure how someone without a dog in this fight can't root for LeBron. I just don't understand how sports fans can't desire to see historical greatness with their own two eyes. It's the same reason I wanted a perfect Patriots season. I want to be able to tell my grandkids where I was when I saw a guy who may go down as the greatest to ever play begin his championship legacy.

I dont see how any Houston fan in their right mind wants the Spurs to win another title. For one, they are in our division for god sakes. Two, they are in our state. Thats like a Texans fan wanting Dallas to win a SB, or an Astros fan wanting the Rangers to win a WS. LeBron (aside from Harden) is my favorite player in the NBA, so obviously I am biased, but people in Houston are obviously rooting for the Spurs to win because they hate him. Im sure as heck certain they didnt want the Spurs to beat LeBron and the Cavs in finals when they played.

Plus the fact T-Mac is on the Spurs now, make it worse.

If the Spurs win, that'll mean T-mac and Carr will have Championship rings.... Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall Brick wall

Agreed. The LeBron hate got out of hand. I've never seen anyone so hated for raising $3 million for charity. It's absurd. Yes, he probably could have handled it a little better, but at the same time, he's hated for an ill-advised charity fundraiser. It's not like he was kicked out of the league for hard drugs like Birdman, flopped on huge contracts like Rashard Lewis and T-Mac, or cheated on his supermodel wife like Tony Parker. By all accounts, LeBron is a solid human being who is marrying his high school sweetheart, takes care of his kids, plays hard every night, and hasn't been involved in off-court controversy since his senior year of high school. I don't understand how people can hate him and worship the ground some legitimately questionable characters walk on.

I'm rooting for the Spurs. I don't hate LeBron, but I really don't like the heat.It is just too fun to see people come together and say "we aren't gonna win one, we're gonna (basically) win them all!" And get beat by a team, especially like the Spurs, that win because of great coaching and players doing their job.

Not sure if you guys know who Evan Silva is, but I think he works for Rotoworld. Not sure if he is plain dumb or just trolling. His comments about the Texans are dumb as heck. Rolling Eyes
