Congrats tf. There are days (and especially nights) that will be rough, but all in all, there's nothing more rewarding than small children. I helped raise my youngest sister and there's nothing like it.

Thanks everyone.

Yeah, sleep is becoming a distant memory. Was woken up early in the morning yesterday to get my wife to the hospital. And our daughter was fussing a bit last night so I got maybe two hours of sleep last night (combined, not consecutive). I may fall asleep during tomorrow's game. Haha.

I forget what trimester it is but which ever it is that their hearing is developing the more noises the mom is around the more comfortable the baby will be with noises. So my brother is a custom cabinets builder plus we're remodeling our parents house the my sis-in-law was also around alot of noise, and now my niece sleeps through anything it's crazy.

Was taking our sail boat out of the water today when something happened to the mast. It fell, right on my shin, I had a bolt go about half an inch into the skin. Somehow, nothing broke although there is now a dent in the bone on my leg. I feel lucky to be able to walk today.

Any computer wiz's out there in Texans nation?

My household has been having trouble with the WiFi from our router. It isn't the internet because it works just fine if you connect directly to the modem or router with an ethernet cable.

The router has been giving off a signal, and you can connect to the network, but the internet goes in and out.

We just got this router a couple of months ago because we started having trouble with our old router, so it seems odd that it would be messing up already.

It's a Linksys router.

Anyone got any ideas? Could it be the security perhaps?

Congrats tf! It's a life changing experience, nothing like holding your child for the first time. Take it in - before you know it, they'll know that crying will get them whatever they want, they'll start teething and biting the hell out of you, they'll get mobile and find their way into everything you DON'T want them to find...

...ahh, the joys of fatherhood. Despite all of that, wouldn't trade this for anything. Very Happy

What internet do you have? A T and T? I am sorta having a problem similar to that. The router is working fine, it's just when somebody call the house one of the lights on my modem turns red and then a couple of seconds later all the lights are green. Sometimes the internet goes out and it is a red light and I have to restart my laptop and modem.
