There's just something about Matt Ryan that's always going to loose the big ones. 2 turnovers @home is inexcusable.
That young fella of the 9ers played against all this noise and was very very smart with the football. Just like Russell last week. The West seem to have quite some QB's in the making.
I don't like the 49ers at all, don't like Harbaugh, but I like their style of football. It's good to see a very good defense and a very good running game going to the superbowl. When it comes down to it, that's what's winning it. |

I really didn't think the Niners were going to come back. What was that throw from Ryan at the end? Looked like he didn't even try. _________________

We have the running game, we're pretty far away with our defense though. That's exactly why I would draft D _at least_ 3 out of the first 4. |

The 49ers made a ton of plays in the passing game today, why does this get so often overlooked? Its always the strong defense and run game that gets talked about, but Vernon Davis and Michael Crabtree made all kind of plays for the 49ers.
Passing the ball is essential to make a deep post season run, that wont ever change. |

Of course. No one is debating that QB is the most important position. QB's throw passes. |

The WRs in that first game were open and more open and more open. It was crazy how open guys were. The play designs were great, and the players executed.
It is painfully obvious how much better the WRs were in that first game than the Vikings' WRs. _________________ Wins are a team stat, not a QB stat |

it looks like either Ray Lewis or Randy Moss will be getting their Super Bowl ring. Good to see. _________________

And Bryant McKinnie. |
