Why the qb in the second round for the patriots?
we already have quality back ups/starter in Ryan Mallet and Brian Hoyer!?! |

Meh on Barrett Jones. Guard shouldn't be too big of a need. Keenan Allen or Johnathan Banks would be my top 2 guys at that pick.
Love Tyrann Mathieu. Finally gives us a kick returner and a dynamic player for the slot. Would be a great pick.
Giovani Bernard would be my pick here but, I could understand an OT. Still unsure of Britton and we still need to see if Baldridge and/or Bradfield develop. _________________

Barrett can play, OG, OT, and C...he would be the filler at Center for Meester after the season.
I don't see RB being a top-3 need...that may change however towards the end of the season. _________________

Ah alright, did not know Barrett was that versatile. If we went o-line in the first, you think it's a big enough need to go o-line again in round 3 ? _________________

I don't trust either Monroe and especially Britton...plus, the third is when Gene goes for depth, see Rackley in the third 2 years ago to back Vince and Uche. _________________

Fair enough. I like Monroe and think he is the long term answer at LT but, I'm with you on Britton. Very skeptical. _________________

Cleveland does not own a 2nd round pick anymore. I do like the picks in the first and third round. _________________

I see the thinking with Barrett and Honey Badger. With Barrett, he can play any OL position (so he can fill in for Britton or Rackley if they faulter this year or Meester later on) and Honey Badger gives us a defensive and special teams playmaker who could develop into a good free safety (I have my doubts with him at cornerback).
Not sure if that's the BEST scenario for us, but I get the thinking with it. _________________

LOVE Barrett Jones and I have my doubts about the Honey Badger, but he is fine in round 2. Not so sure about another linemen in round 3 _________________

I honestly don't see the need for a CB in round 1. We have McCourty and Verner who have improved each year. Chris Hawkins played good last season and Tommie Campbell is being raved about alot this offseason. Safety or DE would be higher right now. McDonald, Werner, or Hunt would be much better picks. Love the Holmes and Brown picks. _________________

CB is the LAST position that the Rams are going to be taking. Signing Finnegan and drafting Janoris we got our 2 starters for awhile. And to pass on Robert Woods for a CB? Just doesnt make sense, not to mention you dont have us taking a WR at all?
Love Eric Reid, fits perfectly with this new defense, and OLine seems the way to go for most of the rest of the draft. |

Love the Bears draft they need OT and CB help.
The only other position I could see them going is LB because of age but i like this draft a lot. _________________
