Ok boys, now that we know what picks we actually had lets see if you could have picked better than our FO.
With the knowledge of hindsight on who got drafted when, make your picks for our draft slots. You will have to use our draft slots (no trading up or down) and you can only select players who were available at that time.
Here are our picks:
#37)
#57)
#67)
#101)
#108)
#137)
#188)
I'll bookmark the page so we can re-visit it in a year or two.
Should be fun. _________________

36) Peter Konz (55) C/G
Konz will be an immediate contributor and upgrade on our interior line. Peyton needs protection.
57) Vinny Curry (59) DE
As Elway has said "you can never have enough pass rushers" just ask the NYG. Curry will push Ayers for a starting role and give us another pass rusher for when teams are trying to play catch-up to Peyton.
67) Brandon Thompson (93)
Thompson is a penetrating DT who has first round talent. He will contribute immediately and help round out our dline rotation.
101) Bobbie Massie (112) RT/G
A massive olineman who can push Franklin to Guard and compete with Harris.
108) Brandon Boykin (123) CB
A top rated DB who constantly went against the nations best and matched up well.
137) Chris Rainey (159) RB/Weapon
The more I thought about it the more I liked the idea of a scatback to come in on 3rd downs and give Peyton a great weapon.
188) Markelle Martin (190) S
Why get a Woodyard clone when Woodyard is already on the team? Martin can play special teams and replace the dreadful Bruton. _________________

I see a lot of good re-draftup there but it looks like I am the only one who's getting a QB.
You guys trust Hanie if Manning gets hurt? _________________

I like this draft as well..Very surprised a few of our picks didn't include these guys. Konz could have filled in at G or C, that would have helped tremendously. Thompson could have given us what Bunkley did last year and I really think Boykin is going to be a good player. The guy is very fast and just a good nose for the ball. |

Well a re-draft is about making our own picks instead of the FO, not doing Jedi mind tricks. By that I mean that the FO can't do anything about the place the UDFA decides to go. _________________

I don't want a OC with durability concerns like Konz and apparently they're pretty bad if he fell that far.
I see Boykin as a NB and I don't think that's a need for us. We have Chris Harris for that. I'd rather have a raw developmental CB that can be a number 1 or 2 in a couple years.
I would've loved it if we got Thompson. _________________ Broncos-Bulls-Cubs-CU-Blackhawks |

The Broncos shouldn't trust anyone if Manning gets hurt. Also Manning hasn't really been susceptible to minor/few game injuries so you figure if he's out he's out for a while and the season is over. And if its career threatening you want the best pick possible in next year's draft (for Barkley or Bray). |

Do you trust Osweiler if Manning gets hurt?
Either way we are screwed
Instead of drafting an eventual "replacement" (who I think will bust) I got Manning more protection. _________________
