Good luck, but I thought he was the guy the 49ers were talking about when they said "our guy will be there at 30".
15 seems very high (although if he pays off, it's worth it considering the positional value and scheme fit)
EDIT - Thinking about Sherman / Chancellor / Wright etc, probably not worth it to question Schinder/Carroll on a defensive player evaluation.

| Barf! If Irvin was the guy they wanted, they should've kept trading down accumulating mid-late round picks, I'm sure they could've gotten to the bottom of the 1st & still been able to get him. He better wreck some QBs for Pete, because it sounds like that's about all he can do. |

quite a bit early. dont know how he fits your d but he will get the pressure. i think he plays rushing downs like we did with aldon. cuzz he has a big change to make
were any hawks fans thinking this at all?

According to Mike Lombardi, the 49ers liked Irvin and were going to pick him at 30. Baalke also isn't shy about trading up for his guy. You could have lost him if you fell down too far.

thats the thing everone is saying trade down trade down but u cant do that unless you have a team that wants to move up. Maybe we targeted Irvin and planned on trading down or even had a team that wanted to trade down but changed there mind and said no so we took Irvin to make sure we got him
