Hope you're right man.
Hope M & Z will keep his head on straight; we've had enough boneheads on this team the last few years........ _________________ " I imagine that in Paul McCartneys' house, he must have a shelf with the 12+ great 'Beatles' studio albums neatly stacked. Hopefully, thinking he was a 1st or 2nd rounder and having every team pass on him for the complete draft has taught him something. If he comes in as a team player, works hard and plays smart he could end up being a Pro-Bowl player. He has done those things before and he hasn't, I'm hoping he gets it! _________________

| I wish we'd passed on Burfict. We were already overstocked at LB and if we added another one, I'd rather we'd re-signed Brandon Johnson. Burfict is a bad locker room guy and distraction. If he was serious about football, he'd have gotten in shape for the combine and given up dope. |

I would describe our LB situation as 'uncertain' rather than 'overstocked'.
Both Moch and Muckleroy are coming back from injury, Rey-Rey might get suspended, and the depth behind Howard-Maualuga-Lawson is uncertain.
Burfict IMO was worth the risk. _________________ " I imagine that in Paul McCartneys' house, he must have a shelf with the 12+ great 'Beatles' studio albums neatly stacked. At times, he must rock back in a chair, light a cigar and say to himself, '....not bad for a life's work......' " |

The bar thing was dismissed. Just throwing that out there: he may not be suspended. _________________

Just about anyone is worth the risk of an UDFA _________________

This.
If the locker room were to let some 22 year old punk like Burfict seperate them, then Marvin should lose his job before anyone else. _________________
