Absolutely a great value pick and I was thrilled when we got him. Unfortunately, before our second fifth round pick (which is a nice pick with Tank Carder), the Titans moved up and took a potentially every special player - Taylor Thompson, who I would have loved to have seen the Bills pick up.
At the start of today's draft coverage Jaws talked about this guy. He has been playing in the 280's as a DE and he is 6'6", but in high school he had been a TE. Apparently he decided to show his veratility and showed up at a pro day at 259, saying he wanted to play TE and ran something like a 4.5 40!
Well, can't have everything. |

Wow. A 4.5. According to a post, NIx said Graham ran a 4.3. If that is true maybe they plan on maiking him back into a TE that plays like a WR which we can use. Peace. |

| I really like this pick. Probably our best day 3 pick. He has versatility being able to play both tackle positions |

I love this pick. I think he could push Hairston for the starting LT spot fairly soon. _________________

I'd love Glenn to end up playing LT as well, I just see him more as a RT, at least at first. I could see Sanders on the left side, with Glenn on the right. Either way, our OL just got better. _________________

I think in this Training Camp Glenn will compete with Hairston. I believe Glenn reminds Buddy Nix of Marcus McNeill. Plus cant forget our most underappreciated OLineman of last year Erik Pears, he signed an extension last season and was very stout and solid at the RT position.
IMO Glenn wins the LT position but has a short leash, with Hairston lurking in the weeds. _________________
