This was an outstanding pick. You talk about the ideal guy to play the inside corner position, something Asante obviously wasn't comfortable doing at all, it's this guy
You're talking about a dynamic playmaker with return skills and good enough hands that he even got a few touches offensively for the Bulldogs
From day one he should be better than Hanson and those other guys you drafted to play corner a year ago |

PE, do you not like him at all? Or strictly outside? I am a believer he can help on the inside, but not out. I would very much like to hear your opinion on him in general. |
I watched him very early during the college season because he was high on everyone's radar. I don't like him at all, but that may be because he was viewed as a 1st or 2nd rounder when I looked at him. He looked like a 4th or 5th round CB to me BEFORE the injury. |

Well yeah if you're evaluating him from perspective of a #1 CB, then obviously that's not what Boykin is right now
But evaluate him from the perspective of nickelback, and he could easily be one of the top nickel cornerbacks in this league. So you could be elite at #1 CB, elite for a #2 CB, and elite for a #3 CB. Not to mention a vastly improved front 7. |

There is the chance that he may never be worth being on a football field as a defensive player. The question of whether he is an UPGRADE over Hanson sounds crazy to me and I don't even like Hanson. |

I don't remember anybody projecting Boykin as a 1st rounder, even I a UGA fan didn't have him as a 1st or 2nd rounder, the dude is dynamic great choice.

Hmm that's extremely contrasting to everything I've read, but then again I was reading others work. For the Eagles sake I hope your wrong, but I'll definitely remember this.
