About to hit the 6th round and your super-man love is still on the board. |

There is always a player that drops so far that was at first expected to go in the 2nd or 3rd. This year it's Marvin Jones. Last year it was Deunta Williams. And a couple years before it was Erin Henderson. It happens every year. NFL teams just know more than us fans. _________________

2 words. Tom Brady | Speak of the devil. Marvin is headed to Cincy along with Sanu, 166th overall. Haha. I love how I bring it up then he gets picked. _________________

That was very unnecessary. Stick to football. Not baiting other posters.

For those of y'all that don't like the Posey pick: who would y'all rather the Texans taken? _________________

I guess I would have preferred Sanu, though him dropping as far as he did makes me wonder what everyone's scouting departments saw.
I'm not unhappy with Posey though. A whole lot of people who know a lot more about scouting and talent evaluation like the pick (I think they would have praised the Sanu pick as well). I just think we could have got him a little later at least. _________________

It's not that I don't like Posey for the team, but I would have preferred Sanu. He seems like a hard-worker, 110% type of player. His interview with ESPN and Greg Schiano's interview both showed how great of a guy he is.
Overall, I'm happy with the draft and think Posey is going to be a good player for us, but just like Sanu better. |
