Rumor has it he is missing Workouts because He wants a New Contract. Idk how much truth is to it, What do you guys think?

he deserves a new contract, Arian Foster, Chris Johnson and uh....the guy in Carolina all make more. He out rushes all of those guys and was 40% of our offense last season. RB's need to get it while they can.

I don't see a problem with this at all. He's not going to sit out the year under any circumstances, and everyone knows he'll be in great shape. If he wants more why not pay him an extra 2-3 mil a year while he's still producing like a champ?

It would be better than waiting until his current contract is up, then either letting a top player go, or paying him even more money even further in the future when he's a lot less likely to keep producing at a high level.

They have a forum saying MJD, talkin.about.trading for.him, i tried claiming he is untouchable. People are completely stupid.

That was years ago, back.when we beat PITT in.the playoffs.
I think Gene knows he is a the key to any success for us & if we lost him.we.would lose fans, lose seats, lose money, & lose more games.
