Look it up on Google. It is against forum rules to discuss that content. Wink

According to the Charlotte Observer, the Panthers will "explore opportunities" to trade down from No. 9.

There's one of our chances to move up for Cox.

Welcome to the party. Some of us have been saying this for months. Wink

Dude is going to have an AJ Green type 1st season. The things I would do to have him.......

If Carolina is indeed looking to trade down and he fell to 9, I would trade up for him in a heartbeat. I wouldn't even care if we had to give up our late 2nd. It's well worth it.

I can guarentee Blackmon is drafted ahead of Floyd. Thank God GM's and Scouts are smarter then draftniks.

He's my top man crush in this year's draft. And as you clearly mentioned here, I'm not alone in that thought process. I too would move up a couple of picks for him (maybe 11 at the highest), but in the end, I just don't see that as a move or player our FO will take this year (with our roster currently constructed as it is).

If they swapped teams last season, Floyd would be a top 5 pick and Blackmon would be a mid to late 1st rd pick.

Even though Blackmon could be drafted ahead of Floyd, that doesn't mean he's a better player, or will have a better career.

Just ask Spergon Wynn if he thinks he's better than Tom Brady... Laughing

Citing "several sources," SI's Tony Pauline reports the Eagles' target if they trade into the top-ten picks would be Mississippi State DT Fletcher Cox, not Texas A&M QB Ryan Tannehill.

Very Happy

Quote:
There's been enough Cox buzz coming out of Philly that we're inclined to believe Pauline's report.

By the time this freaking draft takes place, the Derfskins will be considering Cox at 2. These reports are just making his stock rise. Annoying.

Blackmon is the the more polished WR. He has no holes in his game and is only going to get better. He can play all 3 positions, has great hands, is a very good blocker and already runs better routes then any other WR coming out this year. When asked how the WR's in the 1st round this compare to the WR's taken last year in the first round, Casserly said Blackmon would have been the third WR taken last season but he still would have been a top ten pick. He then stated he would take Blackmon everyday over Floyd due to his game being so "complete".
Floyd doesn't block that well. He tries to run people over which isn't going to work well in the NFL. He doesn't explode of the line. He tries to bullrush defenders to get off the line of scrimmage. Add to that his broken collarbone in 09 and his knee injury in 08 and Blackmon is the safer, better pick if you are looking for a player to come in and make an impact next season. Floyd has more upside "if" he reaches his full potential. "IF" is a big word when it comes to what Floyd has already shown in terms of maturity and decession making.

I could see them sharing a hug on the sidelines after he knocks, Romo, RG3 or Eli out of a game.

I would make a sig of that the same day it happened. Wink

It would feel like DeSean and Andy attempting their chest bump, and Shady plus Mudd doing theirs, only 50 times better.
