1PM EST

If we score more points, then we have a chance of winning.

I'm excited to see how prepared Bowles will have this team after his first bye week.

So who do you think will have the bigger game? Decker or Marshall?

We are literally better than Washington in every aspect of the game. But we were that way against Philadelphia too and we got out played that game. This game for me is as much of a test for the coaching staff as it is the players. Poor coaching imo cost us that philly game in preparation and adjusting on offense, bc the defense adjusted. We should win this game, but we need to make a statement out of this game before those WR pick route cheaters the patriots game.

Honestly, I think the players gave that game away. The bigger mistakes actually came from Marshall & Special teams. Marshall's pitch was around the redzone taking away a potential score. Marshall letting the ball bounce off his hands to the defender was close to Redzone territory as well. That's two potential scoring drives if he held on to the ball. If it wasn't for the punt return for a TD, we would be tied at the end of the game. Take away 2 of those mistakes, we would have won.

But I agree about needing a statement game. I was just thinking about the last time we blew a team out. I would love for us to be able to attack with a strong passing game to make teams believe we can win through the air as well. But I'm also happy with just getting a W. lol

Interesting stat at Grantland:

Jets are the 4th best offense converting red zone trips to points, scoring 5.73 pts/trip.

Defensively, we are the 1st rated unit when it comes to allowing red zone points. We've allowed 3 pts/trip.

I took Jets D in fanduel in all my leagues. I can't see how Washington is going to try and compete short of Fitz giving the game away.

I can't wait to see Richardson hit the field

Our Ds good but our O struggles to score in the end zone. No reed either and jackson still questionable.

Running game been a 0 factor for us for 3 weeks.

24-17 Jets. Blowout but we play not to lose and nearly let them come back.

Trap game. Washington has played pretty well this season. Can't take them lightly.

Kirk Cousins is trash so I'm not particularly worried about the defensive performance this game. It's about whether Fitz throws endzone INTs.
