The former 2nd round pick never developed into a quailty receiver but for most of his career has been considered one of the NFL's top returners.

Parrish returned 3 punts for TDs in his career.

Yep, Eddie Royal already had the PR job locked down, and Spurlock is the better KR man, and all around STer, and looked just as good/if not better as a receiver this preseason. Didn't think he was gonna make the roster.
