What kind of valuation does Keith Rivers hold?

We don't have many picks but obviously I posted our trade block earlier, any interest in:
Tommy Kelly
Richard Seymour
Louis Murphy
Jacoby Ford

I'd imagine Ford could be a nice piece for you guys as a KR and weapon for Dalton. Mull it over and get back to me, although I'd imagine given the lack of production for Rivers would mean we may need a pick + Rivers trade...

Not for any of the last three. We basically have Murphy and Ford on our roster already, and I can't see us being interested in Seymour.

Kelly, on the otherhand, I can see us having interest in. But inheriting the largest contract ever for a DT (at the time) doesn't sound too appealing. He also has an arrest history, something we're not trying to bring in.

Rivers may not have huge production, but he has also been limited by his injury and before that was a very solid starter. He still holds a lot of potential, is young, and on a decent contract.

If anyone has any input on some players we should target or what value you'd place on any of our players (i.e. Rivers, Maualuga) please pm me and let me know. I need some help here, lol

I don't think we need to trade Rivers unless its an offer we can't refuse. He is still young and when healthy is very good against the run. I still like him to come back and take the starting job from Howard.

As far as Rey, until we get a better option, no thank you to trading him. If we get Keuchly, then move him, but until then I say we keep him.

As for the trade blocks posted so far, none of the listed players interest me. I would like one of the panther RB's but not at the price they will likely want.

Id be interested in moving up, but I don't think we should unless it values us

ocho, what about mike Williams, WR, TB? 24 years old, 65 rec, 700+ yards both seasons he's played. asking price is a 2nd but we can negotiate

A late 1st for JStew is a steal.

I don't think I would trade up. We have too many needs and unless it would only cost us 21 and a 2, I would say no.

I like Mike Williams. Especially for a 2, but I would like to make it a 3 plus a player. He would be a great compliment to Green and has proven himself in this league

Hello, my name is Daboyle250. I am the assistant GM of the Washington Redskins. Redskins24-7 is our GM for this version of FFMD.

Here is out trade block:
Santana Moss
Jabar Gaffney
John Beck
DeAngelo Hall
Chris Cooley
Jammal Brown

We will listen to most other players. Our untouchables are Ryan Kerrigan and the 2nd overall pick.

Here is our War Room.

No it's not.

1) The position is devalued. Many teams believe they can find a RB in round 2 or later.
2) The shelf life for RB's isn't long. Stewart can reasonably expect to play another 3-4 seasons before he starts to trend down.
3) A first round pick carries a lot of value. Having to pay that, plus negotiate a huge contract on top of that is hard to stomach.
4) WR's carry a lot more value around the league right now than RB's. They are paid more, and teams need 3 good ones generally speaking. Even saying that, not a single team has even approached Mike Wallace about an offer. That would be a first round pick plus a big contract. And you expect someone to give that up for a RB?
5) Carson Palmer, a QB, albeit just an above average one, went for a first and a second.

Sorry, but you haven't thought this through. To the Panthers he may very well carry a 1st round value. But to any other team, you're going to be lucky to find someone (IRL, maybe not in this FFMD) that would be willing to pay a second rounder. I'd put his value closer to a third round pick.

According to you. Sure. But no chance i would go anywhere near that for him.
