Hello Jets fans, it's that time of year again and while I'm general manager I want that to be really in name only, I want your guy's say to mean as much as mine, I'll be making those moves official though, and to trade with your approval. Don't be concerned about me being a Titans fan I've looked at team needs extensively and plan to attack those needs in the draft with your consultance and advice. Without futher ado here's the team staff jobs you may sign up for, there's not a defined amount, everyone who signs up will get a role on the staff.
Team Staff:
Assistant GM: Is basically the acting GM if I'm offline at school or etc. Also helps assist me in offering trades and editing the trade block.
AGM:BlaZeN37
Personnel Director: Is in charge of who goes onto the trade block and organizing the teams big board in tandem with big board directors.
PD:Personnel Director: Is in charge of who goes onto the trade block and organizing the teams big board in tandem with big board directors.
Big board Director: In tandem with Personnel Director will create a big board for the draft with the input of Personnel Director and Scouts. Must be GM like in that he has to coordinate with staff and not be a lone wolf to benefit the team as a whole.
BBD:
Offensive Coordinator: Will be in charge of scouting strictly offensive players.
OC:green24
Defensive Coordinator: Will be in charge of scouting strictly defensive players.
DC:
Early Round Scout: Will scout the most hyped players in the draft, those projected to go in rounds 1-2.
ERS:
Middle Round Scout: Will scout decently hyped players, projected to go in rounds 3-4.
MRS:
Late Round Scout: Has the task of finding gems hidden in the rough, and can be one of the more rewarding jobs when you do find a player like that. Rounds 5-7.
LRS:Heet
Capologist: Will look into teams cap room and see if each trade is financially feasible. _________________

This one is better since it's just a straight draft.
1. Capologist
2. Personnel Director
3. Defensive Coordinator _________________

We have 3 positions so far. We only need one capologist but all the other positions are open since we can have multiple scouts. That's fill this out. I need a Personnel director by tommorow or else I'll have to create our trade block and when I find one they can change the trade block as they see fit. _________________

Hi Guys, just stopping by to see if there's any interest in any of our players on the block.
Pick #9
QB- Jimmy Clausen
RB-JStew or DWill, not both.
OT- Jeff Otah
DE/LB- Eric Norwood
WLB- Thomas Davis
CB- Captain Munnerlyn
CB- Darius Butler
FS- Sherrod Martin
If you have interest in any other players, just shoot me a PM. Some will be untouchable but we might be willing to move some for the right price. _________________

You don't need a capologist since their is no cap.
