Football’s Future Mock Draft (FFMD) 2012: The Sequel

It’s time for the 2nd installment of FFMD. This is the version of FFMD that includes trades, but the overall focus is the draft. There will be no free agency. There will be no salary cap (meaning, we won’t be tracking it). There will be trades, and there will be a full 7-round draft.

General Managers

As is always the case with FFMD, every NFL team will be represented by its fans. The staffs will be put together by the designated GM of each team. Staff positions for each team will be made at the discretion of each GM, but first, we need to determine the GM’s.

The best FFMD GM’s exhibit the following:
- They are active throughout the process.
- They are organized.
- They are inclusive and seek input from as many of their fellow fans as possible.
- They play well with others.

Writers

Every year, we like to include FF members who function as media covering the FFMD. The best writers are those who are active, prolific, insightful, and funny. Past writers have set a high bar, and we’re always looking for new blood, as well as those who would like to make a repeat performance.

If you’re interested in being the GM for your favorite team, sign up in this thread (make sure to specify your team).
If you’re interested in being a writer (media person) for FFMD, sign up in this thread.
If you’re interested in being on a team staff, don’t sign up in this thread. Your designated GM will take care of that later.

The deadline for GM and writer signups will be Monday, April 2nd (noon EST).

A thread for all details (schedule, rules, trades, draft, contacts, reference) will be posted soon.

Please keep general discussion to the general discussion thread.

Signups are now open.

Good thing for talky-talk Harbaugh he has an outstanding citizen/player like Aldon Smith on his team and not a classless hooligan like Clay Matthews.

I, Tatupu_64, put my name in to be the GM of the Seahawks.

I also would be willing to Co-GM with the Bengals or be the GM of the Ravens if need be
