I used Paint.net. It isn't exactly like resizeable to 80x80. Because one of the pixel lengths aren't the same as the other. |
No it's 595x595.

80x80.
You can run over those dimensions and risk having your avatar privileges taken away.
A little bigger isn't a big deal but some of the stricter mods might be offended by it.
