Maybe next year (if a young guy steps up), but if he signs with us, he will be our starter come week 1.

Didn't he finish the last two seasons on Injured Reserve? That's not really a ringing endorsement on his chances to be a starter.  |

if we get could get shianco, lofton/hawthorne, hutch, flynn and jason jones...i do believe this team is headed to the playoffs. If we can top it off with a great draft...i think it's a lock
i hope we can grab guys at those positions, because that would allow us to go H.A.M. on pass rushing products and grab a RB (like lamichael james  ) early in the draft. Then just got BPA/project for the rest of the draft....it would be so beautiful

I dont know if he ended up on IR or not but he is still considered one of the best guards in the game. Why would he sign anywhere knowing that he will be a benchwarmer? Doesnt make sense.
He also visited the Titans yesterday, so his decision may come down to where Peyton goes. He has been close to a ring twice, you know he wants to end his career with one.
