Eagles Rt, Lane Johnson suspended 4 games for PEDs..

Couple that with the giants multiple injuries and Snee's retirement, things are looking good for the skins

Yeah their Oline is going to have some serious question marks. If our 2 draft picks work out then we are almost set for a few years (C?) It's a GREAT feeling seeing our FO spend picks on the line like we've been saying.

Let's hope they were the right ones and we go Dline next draft!!

The just said on Training Camp Primetime in NFL Network that Demarcus Lawrence was carted off the field with an ankle injury. They said he couldn't put any weight on it.... He is going for X-rays tonight! When it rains it poors!

ugh, that's horrible. The Cowboys should have Stayed put in round 2 and drafted Trent Murphy, but I'm glad they didn't! Lawrence was a bad selection, I said it the moment they drafted him.

OXNARD, Calif. -- Cowboys second-round pick DeMarcus Lawrence, a defensive end Dallas drafted to help their pass rush this year, will miss eight to 10 weeks with a broken right foot, sources said.

Wow it was worse than I thought it was...... I want to see Dallas lose, but I hate to see players get injured..

Just saw on NFL . COM Tyran Smith OT Dallas signed a 8 year 98 million dollar extension. That means he's under contract for the next 10 years.

If Dez's agent is smart, he'll explain to him that while it looks like Tyron got paid, he really got fleeced.

Interesting article on the Bengals, and how the Seahawks only ran a few defenses for the first 23 plays as they crushed Denver

Also, his agent can point out to him that he can make more money in Dallas or somewhere else if he plays great this season. Dallas seems like a team trending downward and will be soon rebuilding when Romo is gone. It'd probably be wise for Dez to leave after this season.

San Fran could really use Dez Bryant, IF they could squeeze him under

Definitely, I'm not sure how they'd make it work because they just re-signed Kap and Crabtree and they'll have to re-work Vernon Davis' deal eventually.

As the article explained, they only needed 23 plays to get up 22-0. After that, it was all over but the singing.

Again, however, like Gruden and Haslett, the new DC for Cincy pointed out the swarming to the ball and gang tackling of Seattle. As I said in the other thread, if we can just get to average, we'll be significantly better.

Dallas really doesn't want Dez to get to the open market because there will be a bidding war on his services. As much as the Cowboys don't want to do it, I would be mighty surprised if they don't franchise him if they cannot get a deal done.

I like the emphasis that only 3 or 4 Defenses were even called on those plays. That it really matters less what plays are called than the talent and effort of the players involved.

Griffin has said similar about the Offense, that it doesn't matter what play is called, they have to be able to execute (True only to a point, I know, that's why they have audibles etc.) But it is a valid observation.

Gives a bit more confidence in Haslett from that perspective, although I still disagree with alot of the plays he was calling and their timing. With different personnel he might have had completely different results, however it's still his job to know what his players can do.
