Conflicted. I really don't want to see the 49ers get another SB. I don't like it when other teams increase their lead in Championships over our Redskins. So part of me wants to root for the Ravens.
BUT...
Ray Lewis annoys the ever loving <you know what> outta me with his fake personality. And even then I think it would be a good story for one of the greatest MLBs to go out on top.
But that means I have to deal with annoying Ravens fans in this area for a whole year and it means that Ray Ray gets a ring added onto even more pomposity and annoyance than ever before.
I seriously will probably flip a coin after each quarter to determine who I root for the next quarter. Is it too much to ask to wish for a double-forfeit? |
So then root for the 49ers to Win so that we can beat last year's SB champs in next year's Conference game
I have my own personal reasons for rooting for the 49ers, without even adding my dislike of Lewis/Ravens _________________

Agreed Thai, I too am annoyed with Ray's dance/fake personality. Oh well, whatever happens, happens but i'd rather see the 49ers take this one. _________________

I am rooting for the Ravens cause they are our brethren to the North.
I can put up with Rays dance for one more time. He is a future hall of famer and might as well go out on top.
Besides I want our rookie QB to win a superbowl first. Not Colin Kaepernick. _________________

I know that you are just kidding, but thats in bad taste, even for you turtle.
Gregg Williams will find work somewhere. Might be a positional coach before a DC job again, but still, I think he finds work somewhere. _________________

Go find one Ravens fan who would root for the Redskins "because they are our brethren to the South."
I'll be here.

Kaepernick isn't a rookie. Neither is RG3 now. |

Well the pro bowl is better than last year and Fletcher, Kerrigan and Zo are getting plenty of playing time.
Zo led the NFC in tackles with 5 _________________

Ravens got away with some favorable no calls...... holding on the goaline, helmet to helmet, and the most blatant hold i've ever seen on the play where they took the safety. Congrats to them though I guess. Not looking forward to the media shoving Ray Lewis and the Ravens down our throats here in the DC area.......
*edit*
We have beaten the last 3 Super Bowl champs, would've been 4 if it wasn't for a derp by Shaun Suisham. _________________

Bills cut George Wilson (and Nick Barnett) today. I know he's a name some have thrown around. He's not close to the top of my wish list, but would be an upgrade. _________________

He would? Isn't that a marginal upgrade? |
