I just heard this on ESPN also,, and he is on the Jets list of QB's to consider.. Don't tell me the Eaglets are once again gonna get big time picks for another unwanted QB--Those guys are charmed..! Twisted Evil

don't worry... We have our cousins trade bait! Cool

If you are a gm, would you rather trade for a 33 year old qb who has never been able to stay healthy or a 24 year old qb who has always been clutch and just showed it as a rookie two games in a row?

The choice is easy. Cousins will be a more attractive commodity than Vick this offseason. Cool

OH for sure --In my mind, but we're talking JETS--a team that traded up for Sanchez and traded for Tebow. It's N Y--They require NAMES !

tanebaum and Ryan are going to be canned. It will be a new brain trust like when we brought in the shanahans. Of course fist thing they did was trade for McNabb! Laughing so who knows...

There's a difference between trading for a Kevin Kolb (a young, high-upside player) and a Michael Vick (a guy who looks like he's completely fallen apart). There's a BIG difference in those two and taking on Vick's contract ($45M in salary over the next three years plus another $5M in roster bonuses due in 2014 and 2015).

Plus, there's the possibility the Jets just sit and wait for the Eagles to cut Vick. He's got a $16.9M cap number, and cutting him would open up $11.3M in cap space or $14.1M in 2013 with $2.4M in dead cap in 2014 if they make him a "June cut".

And waiting for the Eagles to cut him would make the most sense. Vick has no trade value because they have Foles, and their contract situation is horrible with Vick. So the Jets dont have to do anything but wait.

Ray Lewis is basically playing with one arm out there. He's missing tackles that he never would of if healthy.
