Just went back and watched RG3's combine. Wow... Unreal talent he is, The Rams might have had the best weekend of any team. They'll get at least two 1st round picks. They can grab a tackle and WR in the 1st and fill some holes in their D. _________________

If they trade with the Browns they could still end up with Blackmon or Kalil at #4, crazy. _________________ Nobody expects the Spanish Inquisition.

Morris Claiborne runs an UNOFFiCIAL 4.47.
National media keeps clamoring that Claiborne would be faster and a better cover corner than Peterson.
Well, the first part is incorrect.... _________________

Once again, this has nothing to do with weight. Watch Acho play, watch Farrior play. Aplles and oranges. |
well ill take red delicious and acho.. this kid can play and he plays with a passion.. hes all over the field, led his teams in tackles and i think he even missed a game or two.. he just produces and i would be estatic to grab him in the fourth round.. |
Lots of guys produce in college, big deal. That's just one small part of the evaluation. The bigger part is projection. Acho doesn't project.
He's smart, he's hard working and he's Sam's brother. That's his entire case. Not how well he projects to our defense, just that he's a good kid and shares a last name. _________________

4.43 for Kirkpatrick. Great time. One of the fastest so far.
Jayron Hosley of Virginia Tech ran 4.39, that's the fastest I've seen. _________________

Josh Norman led all DB's with a 4.29 unofficial.
I love Hosley I think he has the game of an NFL DB. reminds me a bit of an Asante Samuel. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Josh Robinson. Josh Norman, the kid from Coastal Carolina, wasn't anywhere near that fast. _________________

Ahh I got the N at the end right. Norman I think ran a mid 4.4. _________________ Patrick Peterson - 92 targets, 40 catches allowed, 602 yards, 6 TD's, 7 INT's

Number I see for Norman is 4.56. Disappointing considering he was projected in the low 4.4's. _________________

Continuing to update the 40's from above.
Ugly run for Leonard Johnson(4.65). About what I expected from Trumaine Johnson(4.50). Great run for Janoris Jenkins(4.44, 1.47). A lot of people thought he'd run in the 4.5's. _________________

The ST players at the combine got zero attention. Apparently Casserly was told it is a very deep class. That's very intriguing since our punter situation is below average (Zastudil is average and old as well) and our kicker is also an FA who will demand a couple million. I've had Shaun Powell penciled in as our 6th round pick for awhile and Blair Walsh would make another good 6th round pick. |
