What are the chances that we stay at #2 and don't trade back? I think the chances are pretty low if you ask me. I would say 10% of staying still. I would love us to trade back, get some more picks, and still get Blackmon. What are all of your guys' thoughts? _________________

Because I cannot ever recall us trading back from a higher pick in my life, I put the chances at 40% that we do, 60% that we do not. _________________

Better question is how hard will we attempt to trade down. I say 100% we try and trade down, but if the proper deal isn't there then, we stay put. _________________

We traded back in the 2006 draft, trading number 11 overall to the Denver Broncos who drafted Jay Cutler. _________________

He said "higher pick".
It remains to be seen as to whether the rookie salary cap increases or decreases the amount of top picks traded. On one hand, teams have more incentive to move up, on the other hand, teams selecting at the top have more reason to stay put.
I say we have a 20 percent chance tops. Washington is our most realistic partner, but with the Colts likely mulling over trading down, our chances are hurt further. _________________
