Why?

Do we alternate pick positions with the colts every round? Like they pick first we pick second then in the second round we pick first and they pick second and so on and so fourth. Is it because we both were 2-14 last season and they alternate? Just a random thought. Thanks guys.

Yes. Teams with the same record alternate picks in rounds.

Which I think, personally benefits us the most. Really, at this point, the 2nd pick is nearly as valuable as the first, and maybe more so because Colts are not trading out of #1, which leaves the best remaining QB prospect only available at #2. With that plus getting to sit on the first pick of the 2nd round overnight, fielding offers from teams that might want to grab their guy at the top of 2nd round, we should have ample oppurtunity to trade down and get more picks from our 1st and 2nd round picks.

ever since our front office got set up i think we have been getting offers. i want blackmon regardless. since holt and bruce left we havent had the success we had hoped for. as for the second round i would think defense.
