I thought that was more a shot at Lee Evens than at the Ravens....

All catches by Ravens' wide receivers in 2011:

Anquan Boldin - 57 Rec, 887 Yards, 3 TDs
Torrey Smith - 50 Rec, 841 Yards, 7 TDs
Lee Evans - 4 Rec, 74 Yards, 0 TDs
LaQuan Williams - 4 Rec, 46 Yards, 0 TDs

...Yea, a 3rd/4th wide receiver is a huge need...

We could use a vertical threat in Minnesota. One without Chicken Legs.

He should have been cut in the locker room in front of everyone else immediately after that AFC Championship game.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I hate this move, at least at this point.

Was his contract excessive? I was thinking he may find a way to fit into this offense better next season. Then again, with how Torrey Smith performed this year, he is kind of the odd man out.

wow thats harsh...cut a guy for having a defender make a great play on him?

prolly just have that stance because hes not a big time player?

if jennings did the same thing would you cut him right afterward?

what if rogers threw a bad INT in the super bowl that cost them the game?

or were you just trying to show other young players that wont get starting jobs dont come to my team because im a jerk?

It just seemed like he didnt secure the ball well AT ALL, like he didnt expect anyone to touch him once the ball got there

Plus, its not exactly like Lee Evans did much at all all season, either... Its not just one play.
