From what I can see, it's because the Vikes have durability concerns. |
You mean harvin has durability concerns. |
He's only missed three games in three years. I believe they were due to his migraines, which he hasn't had since '10, if I remember correctly. _________________

| Quote: | Bucs first-round pick Doug Martin has been "as advertised" at picking up the blitz.
"The thing that [rookies] struggle with most of the time is pass protection and especially nickel pass protection," RB coach Earnest Byner said. "But I don’t think that’s going to be an issue with him." |
Great news, I expect Martin to be the day 1 starter. _________________

Great news, I expect Martin to be the day 1 starter. | Well taking a first round RB that early, we better be getting an all around type player or its a bad investment. I like Doug Martin game a lot because he doesn't rely on really one thing to make plays. He isn't the flashy game breaker Richardson is but Martin should have the same impact regards of playing time. In addition the situation here is much brighter(no pun intended), where as Richardson is expected to be the focal point for them Martin is the #2 or #3 guy. Our offense has balance where as the Browns really don't have nothing but potential just like our defense. |

So Demps didn't make the Olympics. I say we sign him. We still don't have speed on our team. _________________

Really? Michael Smith ran a 4.33 40 at his pro day. And Demps has repeatedly shown that football is not his top priority which won't fly with Schiano. Nor has he shown he's a very good running back unless he has a wide open field. |
If there’s a surprise team in the NFC South, it is Tampa with the new attitude under Greg Schiano. The Bucs have legit talent, too. They added five significant players this offseason in Vincent Jackson, Carl Nicks, Eric Wright, Mark Barron and Doug Martin.
Schein isn't the worst sports writer around, IMO. It was a surprise to see this when he talks about every other team in the division in the same article.
Also on Fox sports a poll voted Schiano the new head coach most likely to succeed. _________________

I'm optimistic too, but we'll see. We have an easier schedule but a much tougher division. I think we'll at least be competitive. _________________

http://www.rotoworld.com/player/nfl/7619/keith-tandy
| Quote: | Bucs sixth-round pick Keith Tandy saw more practice time at safety as Tampa's offseason workouts progressed.
The Buccaneers are viewing Tandy as a versatile defensive back who will likely also play extensively on special teams. "He's played nickel, dime, safety and corner," explained coach Greg Schiano. "He's played all four, and done it with some efficiency. Certainly not perfect, but some efficiency." |
Funny in one offseason the safety position may go from one of our worst/least depth to one of our stronger/deeper units. Guess after the gong show last year we couldn't get any worse. _________________

This is such good news. We need versatility and depth in the secondary. _________________
