No problem at all. I can definitely see how it would be an issue if it was a trade involving two teams that weren't very involved in the league.

Dr. Philly that's a horrible trade reminiscent of a Ricky Williams type deal screwing yourself in next years draft. Good luck! Congrats Roll. You should definitely be the front runner next season assuming you draft correctly.

Thank you Nabbs. Those picks will definitely come in handy next year.

I am trading away Giancarlo Stanton and Johnny Cueto. This could come back to bite me if Stanton becomes the 50+ HR per season guy.

I wouldn't have even considered trading him if I hadn't drafted Chris Davis this year.

Seems like a massive deal when compared to Harper being traded for a 2nd round pick last year. Laughing Laughing

You are also getting one of the best young pitchers in the majors who could easily be a 20+ win guy for years.

That's great, but I don't see why he would be keeping Moore at the end of the year. He already has Trout, Davis, Strasburg, Hanley, & Segura as better keeper options.

As far as the future goes, this is Stanton for draft picks.

Cespedes Stanton and Heyward is a great outfield trio, that and Goldschmidt are great keepers.

True but that 1st, 3rd, 10th,11th
reality....a.....5th, 8th, 14th, 15th after Keepers

will severly effect DRP overall team IMO. Meanwhile giving Roll picks x2 in each of those rds. This was a no brainer for Roll who's making out like a bandit. Only way this come back to bit him is if major injury plagues 2 of the other 5? Applause

True, but if your 4 keepers are weak, you're not going to have a great chance anyway.

His keepers coming into the year were Reyes, Heyward, Halladay, & Kimbrel. His keepers now would be (at least if it were my choice) Stanton, Goldschmit, Cespedes, & Reyes. He'll have to make a ton of good picks to win the league next year, but overall his team is set up better for success in the long run.

I think it's a good move.

Stash him until the end of the year unfortunately.

I'd still most likely keep him for keeper status. But he has to occupy an active roster spot?

Yep.

If you drop him someone will pick him up.
