Team needs not in order.

ROUND 1
1. Indianapolis Colts -- Andrew Luck [QB; Stanford]
Team Needs -- QB, OLB, WR, DE/OLB, NT, CB
Only other possibility is RG3 and I believe that to be more media buzz than substance. Luck is more NFL ready although RG3 has tremendous upside its not enough to overtake a once in a decade NFL QB prospect.
TRADE Washington trades up to #2 giving up #6, #39 and a 5th rounder in 2012 as well as a 2nd rounder in 2013.
2. Washington Redskins (f/St. Louis) -- Robert Griffen III [QB; Baylor]
Team Needs -- QB, WR, NT, DE, RT, LG, ILB, CB, S
This is the team that I feel has to win now mode and would be willing to mortgage future picks to move up. Shanahan and Jeff Fischer are long time friends and a deal should be worked out. If St. Louis was to stay I believe Matt Kalil would be the selection.
3. Minnesota Vikings -- Matt Kalil [LT; USC]
Team Needs -- LT, CB, WR, RG, RB, FS, DT
The biggest beneficiary of the RG3 sweepstakes as the top LT prospect fills a monster need for the Vikings.
4. Cleveland Browns -- Trent Richardson [RB; Alabama]
Team Needs -- WR, QB, RB, RT, OLB, DE
I went BPA here as the WR class is quite deep and you can find a couple solid options in the day 2 and even day 3 mix. I could see a Quinton Coples pick here if they are comfortable with his work ethic.
5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- Morris Claiborne [CB; LSU]
Team Needs -- CB, RB, DT, WLB, RT, C, WR, RG, S
With T-Rich off the board this is an easy selection and I cannot see it going any other way. Tampa could need two starting CB's this offseason.
6. St. Louis Rams (f/Washington) -- Justin Blackmon [WR; Oklahoma State]
Team Needs -- LT, WR, CB, SLB, C, RB, FS
Blackmon wins the battle with Riley Rieff today as I the Rams brass may just give Roger Saffold one more year at LT. There are a few quality RT's available in on day 2 they could consider to fill that void.
7. Jacksonville Jaguars-- David DeCastro [G; Stanford]
Team Needs -- WR, DE, LG, RT, QB, DT
Gene Smith is a high character outside the norm kind of drafter and now that the new rookie cap is in affect I think you will see the highly touted players at the nonessential positions start going higher than years past. DeCastro fills an immediate need at LG and is a pro bowl caliber starter for a decade. With Blackmon off the board they choose not to go Kendall Wright or DE for now.
8. Miami Dolphins -- Quinton Coples [DE; North Carolina]
Team Needs -- QB, SLB, DE, WR, RT, FS
I was extremely tempted to go Ryan Tannehill here but I just think its too high at this point. While I do believe in 2-3 years time the kid has franchise QB potential I just do not know that they have the time to wait and I do not see it as a value pick. But if anyone is going to go to bat for him its his old ball coach Mike Sherman. Very tempting but I filled the next biggest need with Coples playing opposite Wake in the new four man front.
9. Carolina Panthers -- Michael Brockers [DT; LSU]
Team Needs -- CB, DT, S, RT, WR, SLB, WLB
Another selection that had many options but building a DLine should be of the highest priority. Brockers has the most upside of any DT in this class and can be an immediate run stuffer early in his career while he learns the 3 technique from a pass rushing standpoint. I thought Riley Reiff, Kendall Wright or Janoris Jenkins were options also.
10. Buffalo Bills -- Courtney Upshaw [DE; Alabama]
Team Needs -- DE, LT, TE, WR, QB, CB
Although Reiff could start at LT from day one I just think the pass rush needs to be addressed and hopefully Demetrious Bell returns to Orchard Park. Upshaw can assist in the switch to a 4-3 scheme where he can play SLB or DE depending on the front and should greatly improve the pass rush.
11. Kansas City Chiefs -- Riley Reiff [OT; Iowa]
Team Needs -- CB, RT, WR, QB, HB, NT, SS, ILB
I was going to go a different direction but with Reiff falling he presented the best value on the board at a need position. Whether he plays RT or Brandon Albert slides to RT is to be determined. Either way its a solid choice.
12. Seattle Seahawks -- Melvin Ingram [DE; South Carolina]
Team Needs -- QB, DLEO, G, WR, CB
I thought again long and hard about Ryan Tannehill here but he is not an immediate upgrade to T-Jax so they go another direction. Ingram can play all across this front in either the LEO role as a outside pass rusher standing up or with his hand in the dirt over a guard. I liked his versatility and its a core positional need as well. When Ingram runs a 4.6 watch next week watch his stock shoot up.
13. Arizona Cardinals -- Kendall Wright [WR; Baylor]
Team Needs -- LT, OLB, WR, ILB, CB
Wright was the best player available for me and Arizona should be looking for a #2 wideout. They always seem to avoid the Oline early and this scenario has that happening yet again. If a guy like Peyton Manning.
14. Dallas Cowboys -- Janoris Jenkins [CB; Northern Alabama]
Team Needs -- C, CB, ILB, FS, SS, G
Dallas has numerous secondary needs and drafting the best DB available here is likely the move Jerry Jones makes. I view Jenkins as the #2 cover guy in this class over Dre Kirkpatrick.
15. Philadelphia Eagles -- Luke Keuchly [MLB; Boston College]
Team Needs -- MLB, SLB, DT, S, WR, G, C
Philly needs interior Dline help and multiple starting LBer's this offseason. Granted Andy Reid does not have a track record for taking LBers early but Keuchly is the kind of tackling machine this defense needs. With DeSean Jackson likely staying put I did not consider Michael Floyd.
16. NY Jets -- Michael Floyd [WR; Notre Dame]
Team Needs -- RT, WR, QB, S, PASS RUSH
The Jets needs a replacement for Plax and Floyd gives them a big body red zone target they now lack. Giving Mark Sanchez weapons is a necessity this offseason.
17. Cincinnati (f/Oakland) -- Dre Kirkpatrick [CB; Alabama]
Team Needs -- CB, LG, WR, RB, S, DE
Unless Cincy resigns a few of the CB's that were on the roster that are scheduled UFA's CB is a first round need area and Dre presents the best value on the board as well.
18. San Diego Chargers -- Mike Adams [OT; Ohio State]
Team Needs -- T, G, OLB, DE, ILB, CB, SS
I do not have an 3-4OLB prospect that is worth this pick so I move down the list of need areas and with Marcus McNeil on the way to another club or retirement and Jared Gaither a UFA OT is a first round need despite AJ Smith's draft history. I value Adams over Martin as I believe he can play both LT and RT and I think Martin is strictly a LT prospect.
19. Chicago Bears -- Jonathan Martin [LT; Stanford]
Team Needs -- LT, WR, TE, G, S, DE
And here goes the last first round OT prospect. The Bears need someone to push JaMarcus Webb and Martin will likely take over as the LT of the future sooner than later.
20. Tennessee Titans -- Whitney Mercilus [DE; Illinois]
Team Needs -- C, G, DE, MLB, SS, DT, WR
DE is a huge need with so many openings because of scheduled free agents. I do not view Mercilus as a first round pick but I believe some teams will and Tennessee needs a high motor guy to contribute at least on 3rd downs right away and Mercilus can do that.
21. Cincinnati Bengals -- Cordy Glenn [G; Georgia]
Team Needs -- CB, LG, WR, RB, S, DE
If Cincy can walk out of round 1 with a starting CB and G they have to be pleased. I can see Glenn going higher than this but if available I think Cincy pulls the trigger.
22. Cleveland Browns (f/Atlanta) -- Ryan Tannehill [QB; Texas A&M]
Team Needs -- WR, QB, RB, RT, OLB, DE
Finally Tannehill comes off the board and at this point value starts presenting itself. He does not need to start this season but is a great west coast offense fit and Cleveland should roll the dice at this point.
23. Detroit Lions -- Zach Brown [WLB; North Carolina]
Team Needs -- T, WLB, CB, C, RB, FS, DE, SS
I expect Brown to test really well at next weeks combine and cement a late first round grade. Detroit could use an immediate starter at the WLB spot and Brown's high energy run and hit style will fit in well in Jim Schwartz's defense.
24. Pittsburgh Steelers -- Dontari Poe [3-4NT; Memphis]
Team Needs -- LG, LT, NT, DE, ILB, CB
Poe could go much earlier if he was just a bit more consistent. Pittsburgh does not have a long term answer at NT right now and if Poe slides and is available this is a likely consideration.
25. Denver Broncos -- Devon Still [DT; Penn State]
Team Needs -- CB, DT, WR, C, G, RB, MLB, S
Denver should take the best defensive player on the board and that guy is Still. Some teams will think Still has early first round ability while others late one to early two. Given how the needs and BPA fell this mock Denver could get a steal here at a need position.
26. Houston Texans -- Alameda Ta'amu [NT; Notre Dame]
Team Needs -- WR, G, NT, SS, CB
While #2 WR is a bigger need it is much harder to find plug and play 3-4NT prospects. Ta'amu should solid athleticism and is likely in the first round mix now after the senior bowl. With a deep WR class Houston takes a scheme fit player here who fills a minor positional need.
27. New England (f/New Orleans) -- Mark Barron [SS: Alabama]
Team Needs -- WR, CB, S, C, DT, DE, OLB
Barron slips a bit because of his hernia surgery but BB needs to find better safety play and Barron is the only player who can likely contribute right away in his system.
28. Green Bay Packers -- Fletcher Cox [3-4DE; Mississippi State]
Team Needs -- OLB, DE, CB, HB, T, SS
Cox's best fit is in a 3-4 scheme as a 5 technique, IMO and is also the best player available based on this scheme defensively.
29. Baltimore Ravens -- Peter Konz [C; Wisconsin]
Team Needs -- LT, S, WR, C, ILB
Finding a heir apparent to Matt Birk is a priority this offseason and Baltimore could use more consistent Oline play as well.
30. San Francisco 49ers -- Rueben Randle [WR; LSU]
Team Needs -- WR, RG, CB, S
Randle has 1st round ability and if LSU had a QB who could throw everyone might think Randle belongs in the mid first round range. SF can use an upgrade outside the numbers and Randle is a solid value here.
31. New England Patriots -- Stephen Hill [WR; Georgia Tech]
Team Needs -- WR, CB, S, C, DT, DE, OLB
Hill is just what NE needs at WR. A speed guy that can pull the top off a defense. He is a bit under the radar but will enter the first round area once teams see him at the combine.
32. NY Giants -- Coby Fleener [TE; Stanford]
Team Needs -- TE, OL, RB, LB, CB, S, MLB
TE became a first round need when Beckum and Ballard tore ACL's in the Super Bowl. Fleener should run really well next week and will likely cement his status as the drafts #1 TE prospect over Orson Charles who is more of a gadget guy.

ROUND 2
33. St. Louis Rams -- Stephon Gilmore [CB; South Carolina]
Aside from OT, CB is the next biggest need and Gilmore can start immediately as has solid man cover skills.
34. Indianapolis Colts -- Nick Perry [4-3DE/3-4OLB; USC]
Perry slides out of round 1 because I see him as a one trick pony type rusher. Indy sees his versatility as they change schemes.
35. Minnesota Vikings -- Casey Heyward [CB; Vanderbilt]
Heyward is my top cover two CB and Minnesota needs one badly.
36. Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- David Wilson [RB; Virginia Tech]
Wilson can play all three downs right away and will team up with Blount to fill the RB need as Schiano starts running the ball 30+ times a game.
37. Cleveland Browns -- Andre Branch [DE; Clemson]
Branch can play RDE which is a need and he offers solid pass rushing ability.
38. Jacksonville Jaguars -- Vinny Curry [DE; Marshall]
Curry is the type of player Gene Smith should consider and DE or WR will likely be the pick here.
39. St. Louis Rams (f/Washington) -- Bobbie Massie [RT; Mississippi]
Massie is a recent climber but he can start at RT early and will fill the void left by bust Jason Smith.
40. Carolina Panthers -- Brandon Boykin [CB; Georgia]
Boykin is the best CB on the board is fiesty and can play inside and out.
41. Miami Dolphins -- Brock Osweiler [QB; Arizona State]
I don't think Osweiler is a 2nd round talent but after a year he could become a solid NFL QB. This all assuming QB is not filled in UFA.
42. Buffalo Bills -- Orson Charles [TE; Georgia]
Charles is the type of TE that Gailey should like as he is a great offensive mind. Even if Chandler is resigned I think Charles would get consideration.
43. Kansas City Chiefs -- Donta Hightower [ILB; Alabama]
Hightower slides but most 3-4ILB's do. Not a pressing need but an upgrade none the less.
44. Seattle Seahawks -- Brandon Weeden [QB; Oklahoma State]
Weeden is NFL ready can make all the throws and will push T-Jax for playing time immediately.
45. Dallas Cowboys -- Kevin Zeitler [G; Wisconsin]
Dallas has a need for a starting guard and Zeitler is a value here.
46. Philadelphia Eagles (f/Arizona) -- Jerel Worthy [DT; Michigan State]
Worthy is inconsistent which is why I see him in round 2 but at this point he is worth the risk.
47. NY Jets -- Kelechi Osemele [G; Iowa State]
Osemele can play RT or inside at guard and bring that hard nosed style back to the Jets Oline.
48. New England (f/Oakland) -- Jamell Fleming [CB; Oklahoma]
Fleming fits the BB profile for a CB and its surely a need area.
49. San Diego Chargers -- Bruce Irvin [3-4OLB; West Virginia]
SD gets their edge rusher after going Oline early despite the criticism I will take for doing that.
50. Chicago Bears -- Coryell Judie [CB; Texas A&M]
Judie is another solid cover 2 CB option and the Bears can use another guy to battle AR and MS to win the division.
51. Philadelphia Eagles -- Joe Adams [WR; Arkansas]
Adams is another D-Jax type that will be groomed for his departure following his franchise tag tenure.
52. Tennessee Titans -- Brandon Thompson [DT; Clemson]
Thompson is a value pick more than immediate need.
53. Cincinnati Bengals-- Lamar Miller [RB; Miami]
Miller is the type of explosive play maker Mike Brown could look for.
54. Atlanta Falcons-- George Iloka [S; Boise State]
Team Needs -- LT, RG, TE, S, CB, DE
Iloka can play SS where William Moore slides to FS in the event Thomas DeCoud does not return. He has experience at CB from Boise and can press at the line and handle the likes of Jimmy Graham in coverage better than anyone currently on the roster. He should run well and his versatility will be something Thomas Dimitroff will like.
55. Detroit Lions -- Josh Norman [CB; Coastal Carolina]
Norman could slide due to off the field concerns but he can play immediately and has a 2nd round grade from me.
56. Pittsburgh Steelers -- Brandon Washington [G; Miami]
Enter your interior Oline upgrade.
57. Denver Broncos -- Chase Minnifield [CB; Virginia]
Minnifield should take to a year under Champ Bailey before fulfilling his potential but as a nickel/dime guy will contribute early.
58. Houston Texans -- Alshon Jeffrey [WR; South Carolina]
This ends the slide after Jeffrey runs a subpar time in Indy. Houston needs a #2 and gives it a shot Jeffrey learns to seperate from NFL CB's.
59. New Orleans Saints -- Lavonte David [WLB; Nebraska]
Team Needs -- PASS RUSH, WLB, SLB, WR, G, DT, S, CB
David has first round talent but is undersized. He should excel at WLB though and can start immediately.
60. Green Bay Packers -- Ronnell Lewis [3-4OLB; Oklahoma]
Lewis is the kind of player TT should look for on day 2 to play opposite Clay Matthews.
61. Baltimore Ravens -- Harrison Smith [S; Notre Dame]
Smith is just a solid second round pick who has great instincts and can help out in the back half of this defense.
62. San Francisco 49ers -- Dwayne Allen [TE; Clemson]
Allen fills the BPA approach and his versatility to line up all over in different sets should be something Harbaugh likes. Delanie Walker is a UFA next offseason too.
63. New England Patriots -- Shea McClellin [4-3DE/3-4OLB; Boise State]
McClellin can probably play all 7 spots across the Dline and BB will love that flexibility schematically.
64. NY Giants -- Doug Martin [RB; Boise State]
Martin is a bell cow who can play all 3 downs and will be a solid #2 option to Bradshaw.

ROUND 3
65. Indianapolis Colts -- Marvin Jones [WR; California]
Jones has early NFL ability in his career and will give Luck a solid weapon to grow with.
66. St. Louis Rams -- Demario Davis [OLB; Arkansas State]
St. Louis needs a starting OLB and Davis is a value in round 3.
67. Minnesota Vikings -- Mohammad Sanu [WR; Rutgers]
If Sanu runs well he can go higher but at this point I think he is a late 2 early 3.
68. Cleveland Browns -- Sean Spence [OLB; Miami]
Spence can fill the void immediately at OLB in - Jaurons scheme.
69. Tampa Bay Buccaneers -- Travis Lewis [WLB; Oklahoma]
Another starting OLB right away like Spence which TB needs.
70. Washington Redskins -- Tommy Streeter [WR; Miami]
Streetor like Hankerson and Paul will need to be developed but shows promise as an NFL WR.
71. Jacksonville Jaguars -- Marvin McNutt [WR; Iowa]
McNutt is a solid possession guy to help Gabbert on 3rd downs.
72. Buffalo Bills -- Matt McCants [LT; UAB]
McCants can play some LT or any other Oline spot in time.
73. Chicago Bears -- Cam Johnson [DE; Virginia]
Johnson is a solid value pick at a need position.
74. Miami Dolphins -- Vontaze Burfict [SLB; Arizona State]
Best SLB on the board and worth the risk at this point.
75. Kansas City Chiefs -- Trumaine Johnson [CB; Montana]
Johnson can play CB or S and if Brandon Carr departs will be called on early.
76. Seattle Seahawks -- Jarius Wright [WR; Arkansas]
Slot guy with great speed adds another dimension to this offense.
77. Philadelphia Eagles -- Keenan Robinson [SLB; Texas]
Philly needs two LBers early in this draft unless they look to UFA.
78. NY Jets -- Mitchell Schwartz [RT: California]
This keeps Osemele inside and Schwartz can battle with Hunter to play RT.
79. San Diego Chargers -- Chris Rainey [RB/WR; Florida]
Rainey gives them the speedster on 3rd down they miss after losing Sproles and a slot guy as well at wideout.
80. Chicago Bears -- Brandon Brooks [G; Miami (OH)]
Another Oline prospect who can play early in his career if needed.
81. Arizona Cardinals -- Andrew Datko [OT; Florida State]
Datko needs technique work but can become an NFL LT.
82. Dallas Cowboys -- Markelle Martin [FS; Oklahoma State]
Martin is the best safety on the board and fills a need.
83. Tennessee Titans -- Amini Silatolu [OG; Midwestern State]
Another start able interior Olineman who fills a need.
84. Cincinnati Bengals-- Chandler Jones [DE; Syracuse]
Jones could go higher but I think he relies on athleticism over technique which will cost him but he can be groomed to be a solid NFL DE.
85. Atlanta Falcons-- Leonard Johnson [CB; Iowa State]
Johnson can play in any scheme and is a solid choice at this stage who can contribute early.
86. Detroit Lions -- Jeff Allen [G/T; Illinois]
A versatile Oline guy who can play either LT or LG in a pinch.
87. Pittsburgh Steelers -- LaMichael James [RB; Oregon]
If Redman is taking over as the early down guy getting a 3rd down back is a need.
88. Denver Broncos -- Nick Foles [QB; Arizona]
Foles has NFL potential as a starter and would be a good option behind Tebow.
89. Houston Texans -- Jayron Hosley [CB; Virginia Tech]
Hosley could also go earlier but at this point is a solid choice to add to the secondary.
90. New Orleans Saints -- Alfonzo Dennard [CB; Nebraska]
Another guy that slid because he is scheme limited but is worth the risk at this point.
91. Green Bay Packers -- Ben Jones [C; Georgia]
If they lose out on Wells Jones would be a solid replacement.
92. Baltimore Ravens -- Mychal Kendricks [ILB; California]
Kendricks is a solid fit in this defense inside at LB.
93. San Francisco 49ers -- Tony Bergstrom [G; Utah]
Good reserve Olineman which is also a need.
94. New England Patriots -- Kendall Reyes [4-3DT/3-4DE; UConn]
Reyes has scheme versatility also so I think he is someone BB has on his board.
95. NY Giants -- Bobby Wagner [LB; Utah State]
Wagner can play multiple LB spots in a 4-3 and presents good value here.

Oakland Team Needs -- RT, RG, RB, CB, FS, WLB

With the Boykin pick in the 2nd, you thinking that we loose Grimes in free agency?

I'm not OM, but I'm thinking Boykin could be and is possibly best suited as a nickel CB. At least early on in his career he is anyway. Hes a perfect fit on this team if he can stay healthy.

I think we retain Grimes but Boykin would be a great nickel CB. He can line up inside right away and is a solid man cover guy. Would likely be an upgrade at the #3 CB immediately. Despite his leg injury I have not dropped him in my rankings. Don't think it hurts him.

Just updated my big board and created a new grading scale using some ideas from various resources and I think it created a better board than I had before by simply giving draft round grades.

wouldnt be upset with this pick at all but i feel we need more pass rush. rather sign another CB in FA and pick up Whitney Mercilus in the 2nd.

Moore isn't a FS at all OM. that being said, if Iloka is there, he'd be a great fit for FS and we could have 2 VERY versatile S.

I like the prospect of adding a player that can cover Jimmy Graham. And a firey personality like Iloka's would be great to have.

I'd like to think William Moore can cover Jimmy Graham (since he did in teh game against them. Graham's catches were against Decoud, Grimes and Franks.)

Oh I'm not saying that we dont already have someone that can cover Graham. I'd also like to think that Moore can cover Graham. But Graham does have a big size advantage over Moore, and the advantage isn't nearly as much against a guy like Iloka. I think we should draft Iloka even if we do resign Decoud so Iloka can fulfill James Sanders' role last year with us.usual

I'd definitely agree with that. Iloka could be a great swing safety and "big nickel" package kind of guy

Yes, I think we both agree that Iloka is a very solid choice and can be a nice contributor on defense and make the D better. He'll really put in some good work under Nolan.

But our 3rd round pick, Leonard Johnson, does not make as much sense to me OM. I feel there are better options on the board. Someone like Ben Jones would be good as a C of the future. Or developmental Left Tackles like Matt Reynolds or Nate Potter. Or a great Nose Tackle prospect in Josh Chapman.

2 picks in the secondary in your 3rd mock... Nolan did say that he might have to line up in wild 5 DB sets with the way the league is developing....

I could have went Ben Jones yes but Matt Reynolds is a late round pick and Potter is more of a 4th to me. Josh Chapman is a true 3-4NT prospect and does not fit our scheme at all unless are running 3-4 looks often. Leonard Johnson can play man or zone and depending on how he runs at the combine could go in the 2nd to 4th range. Thought he was a good value and with teams running so many spread 4-5WR looks adding depth to our secondary was a priority in my mock. He can possibly take over for Dunta when his contract becomes atrocious.
