Jacksonville Jaguars Staff

-General Manager: Will make all of the final decisions and is in control of everything ranging from submitting trades to making draft picks. However, this position weighs equally amongst the staff in terms of opinion and everyone’s say should be accounted for before he determines the best route for the team. Each member will greatly influence his decisions.

Adrenaline_Flux

-Assistant GM: 2nd in line to the GM and assists the GM in all areas. He will explore trade options around the league and all trade offers are directed through him to then announce in the war room for discussion. If the GM is unavailable the Assistant GM is able to make draft picks and post UFA bids. Only the GM and Assistant GM have this ability. Becomes the active GM in the absence of the nominated GM.

Its A Sabotage

-Head Coach: Has a key part in all decisions, but his focus is mainly on the team itself, rather than looking for trade options, etc… The draft board and player targets should be of importance to him as adding players he views as a fit for his system is critical.

jagsfan18 & MJD4MVP5455

-Capologist: This person is in charge of maintaining and keeping tabs of the salary information of the team. At all times the team must maintain a budget in regards to the annual revenue the team brings in. The responsibility for correct figures will lie in his hands and an excel spreadsheet for constant updating is usually helpful. A 53 man roster must be maintained as well.

Mr. V

-Director of College Scouting: Helps decide needs and works with the national scouts to develop a big board for the draft.

JaguarCrazy2832

-President of Player Personnel: Is responsible for developing a free agency target list. Projecting trades with other teams and reviewing players on all levels both college and pro.

iPwn

-Director of Media Relations: Will report to the writers with feedback and information relative to the news of what is happening with the organization.

JaguarCrazy2832 Double-duty. This won't be too big of a focus which is why I feel fine giving you two positions.

-National Scout: Will evaluate draftable players. This can be position specific or not. RB scout will look into RB’s, LB scout will look into potential LB’s to add to the team.

Everyone. I want everyone to be in tip-top shape in knowledge and evaluation of draftable players.

If you are not a part of the staff, but wish to be, then you can be as long as you are not a part of any other staff. You'll just be a National Scout though, but remember: everyone gets a say.

The rest of his "bonuses" are workout and inentive based meaning Jacksonville has no obligation to pay once he is cut.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Every staff member, please PM me "Strawberry Field"

At some point, I will PM you back with the location of our "Communication Post." This will be an obscure post I have made where I will share information/discussion on important tidbits throughout FFMD. This should be more effective than mass PM'ing which has been a hassle in the past.

Additionally, I am looking for someone to come up with a prospect list and a code. I'd like IAS and JaguarCrazy2832 to work on that together.

Remember to look over everything in these opening posts. Give thoughts, ask questions, etc. Have fun with FFMD 2012 & lettuce get to work!

It just means that with the FFMD writers, you feed them "rumors" and "inside information" about some stuff. For example: "Rumor is that the Jaguars are in talks with the Lions for Calvin Johnson and are close to a deal."

It's not something you have to do often, if at all, really.

Edit: Links to their stuff will be up after they get their stuff up.

Just send me PMs. They can be about the most random stuff(like taco dip) and I'll turn them into juicy rumors for my writing!

I'm a writer. I was joking with you. Basically saying it doesn't matter what you send me, I'll make it into a rumor.

Will the cap value be set this year because it is in the CBA? If not, any idea on what our cap value will be? Also, should I just use contract information from Rotoworld and compile a list of players, their salary for 2012, total cap value, cap room, etc.?
