Looks awesome man. Just out of curiousness some of the guys that aren't listed like Stewart, Miller, Popingga etc....are they not listed because you don't have them returning or forgot? I guess the only one I care about Stewart. I don't know If I can write on this so defiantly delete if not. _________________

They are all some type of free agent. Either RFA or UFA. I am trying to think of a way to add free agents to the post. _________________

They aren't on there because they're not currently under contract.
And you're fine. This is the discussion thread. _________________

You could underline RFAs and bold UFAs and just add them to the DC until we're sure they're being let go? _________________

That's actually what I did last year. I am just gonna list them below the depth chart I think. _________________

Before we start the process of scouting college prospects and free agents, I just want to know what we plan on doing with the team system wise.
I think it is best for the Rams to stick with the 4-3 defense, and build one that Gregg Williams can use. Basically, find players that fit his scheme.
For the offense is where I may defer. We can either stay realistic and find guys to fit Brian Schottenheimer, or we can change it up a bit and run a West Coast offense instead.
Or we can do something else. Your guys call. _________________

Defence I would stay 4-3.
Offence is tough. I think this teams needs to run a little West Coast offence cause Sam is really good at it. But, not to the extent Shurmer's offence was, can't go down field 4 yeard passes at the time. Shotty's offence is what I would build on. Run first then pass, defiant 2 back system. IMO we could get our 2nd back in the Draft. Just my 2 Cents _________________

Vikings already have a thread going in Washington forum stating they are willing to trade pick 3, are we willing to deal? _________________

4-3 defense and lets not worry about what offense. Lets just worry about finding good personnel. After that, we'll know which way to go. _________________

We got plenty of time. I am mainly waiting to get more people on the staff before I start the trade talks. _________________

On offense i would really like to see this team revolve around the run, and become tougher, really take on that smash mouth montra that the old titans had. Ideally running anywhere between 20-30 times a game, while using the screens and swing passes as an extension of the run game as well. As for that, I would love to build off of that using the PA of course, get Bradford out of the pocket, and utilize his abilities 100%. As for pocket passing definitely a lot of slants utilizing lloyd if he is resigned or another receiver that sam can trust to get in some quick throws to build confidence. Also lets try to attacj the intermediate routes as well. Stretch the defense a little to the point Sam is not a sitting duck nor is our offense as stagnant as the Shurmur days.
This in turn would also do wonders for our o-line and would allow them to gel together while technique is worked on. Which later opens up the deep passing game. I would also lessen/limit the type of throws that have the possibilities for turn overs or losses. (Backwards passes etc). Again this all starts with the run game. I would not mind the two back system but im not one for the dual bruiser style. We have the bruiser we now need some one who has the homerun ability. Overall this offense needs speed, and reliable receivers. _________________
