I am running this a little different than previously. There are divisions which have almost-full autonomy over their responsibility. They will have a team lead. Collectively, that team will report back to me. I will try my best to not veto what any one team is doing unless I feel it conflicts with another one of the Divisions or the direction the team is going. Communication will be key. ****If you feel you want to be extra active, feel free to sign up for more than 1 team****

Congrats Matts on getting GM. The council has no idea what they just got themselves into 
A quick thought on the schedule. February 14 Free Agency begins. Something tells me alot of wives/girlfriends aren't going to be happy this year lol

This is what I am thinking. I don't think I did anything the last FFMD, felt kind of left out on account of my own laziness. 
I remember being pretty active in the first or second? one, not sure, but it was certainly a lot of fun.
I am not sure how my access/availability is going to work with me starting a job soon, but I want to be a part of this. In the beginning I will gladly help out whoever. I am most interested in the Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Macadamia and Oatmeal Raisin divisions.
