Looking forward to this as well. It's always been a ton of fun, and I think we've come away with very good teams each time.

I saw earlier this morning that someone else put in for our GM spot. A Chiefs fan (I'm guessing, judging from his avy). Nothing against him, but I hope you get it over him, being an actual Bills fan and all.

Anyhow, I'd like to put my name in for whatever you need from me.
I'd like HC, but whatever you decide for me will be fine. I've been DC for the last few FFMD's, and am a little more knowledgable on that side of the ball than I am on offense, but I think I have a good amount of knowledge on both fronts, and I do my best to stay active and involved.

Looking forward to working with you, and having the best offseason on FF!

If you do get the Bills id like to be apart as well. I havent gotten into these as of yet but have always liked the process and followed the last one that this board did. Id like to do something as far as scout or draft position goes.

I would love to be one of the coordinators but honestly whatever i could do to help would be greatly appreciated. i think i am more knowledgeable on the defensive side of the ball, but i can also do offense.

Just want to wish you all good luck! I have not seen one of these before and have no clue how I could be of assistance, but am really interested in seeing the process! Maybe next year I could be of some real help after I've learned what all needs to be done.

Cheers!

Or you can help during FFMD II its a simpler version of FFMD, it doesnt have any Free Agency in a sense its mostly the draft, but trades are allowed as well.

All of these responses got me pumped up! When things go official tonight/tomorrow (if I get it) I will post the openings and start situating things. Everyone involved, do me a quick favor and send me a message with your top 3 choices at #10 just to gauge everyone's knowledge and where everyone's head is at.

It's really a team effort, and everyone is encouraged to get involved, even if in a limited role. I started as a defensive scout in my first FFMD, and have been DC in all of them since. It's a lot of fun.

By reading your posts it seems to me that you have a good level of football knowledge. Not just the X's and O's, but the intricacies and details.

I would go check out the FFMD thread in the GM mock draft forum, and see if there is a position you think you would be comfortable with.

Also, just a word of advice to the GM.

You're going to want to appoint an assistant GM. If you're not on the forum quite a bit, the whole process can be rather demanding. It's always good to appoint someone who can pick up the slack when needed.

I find that I am best suited for the role since I do the code system every year on the draftable players.
