Hey guys. I thought as a forum, there are enough of us in here that we could compile our own rankings at every position for this year's draft. We'll try and work our way through all the positions, but I'll make sure to hit the one's first that I consider key for our team, QB, RB, DT, LEO, and then probably OL, CB, and LB unless others would prefer we hit WR and S first.

Anyways, basically I'd like everyone to post there list of the top 5 players at QB (in this case), and after we've all posted, I'll compile a list based off of the average position based on where we all ranked them.

Discussion is open, but really the goal is just to get a sampling of all of our opinions, we can keep more serious discussions on the players to the other threads.

So without further ado, let's begin!

The more I see of this draft class, the less I like. Here is my top 5, but in all honesty I would only consider using a pick in the top 3 rounds on my top 2 guys. As I look at the supposed top QB's, I really like what I saw from B.J. Coleman. I know I only saw him once, in the East-West Shrine Game, but he was so much better than the other QB prospects, that I really wouldn't be against skipping over the more well known guys (if we lose out on Flynn and Tannenhill), and drafted him. He looked more pro ready than 95% of this QB class.

Quite frankly, after Tannenhill, I have a bunch of QB's clumped so closely together, that it's hard to distinguish who I'd actually put at a true #3. I find so many things I dislike about each one.

Luck is as good a QB as I've seen entering the draft, in many years, but we have no chance at him. Tannenhill is a fast learner with unlimited potential who would be an ideal fit with our team. From that point though, the talent drops off, as far as I'm concerned. RGIII is an athletic freak with a strong arm, but has the worst footwork from a QB, I have seen in a long time. Weeden looks like an all-pro at times, but all of a sudden puts together a string of mental errors that drives me crazy. I just haven't seen enough of B.J. Coleman. Cousins is a lot like Weeden in the fact that, at times he looks good, (not as good as Weeden), but all of a sudden he starts throwing balls into such tight windows, that he suffers a string of INT's. Lindley is just too inconsistent and lacks any mobility and Osweiler is too unfinished and raw. He should have stayed in school. Coming out at this point is probably gonna hurt his future, much like I believe it will for Blaine Gabbert, who basically did the same, exact thing. I don't think he's ever gonna recover.

1. Andrew Luck, Stanford
2. Ryan Tannenhill, Texas A&M

3a. RGIII, Baylor
3b. Brandon Weeden, Oklahoma State
3c. B.J. Coleman, Tennessee Chatanooga

1. Luck
2. RG3
3. Osweiler (potential)
4. Weeden
5.Tannehill (late game play scares me and it's what we need)

I'd still take Tannehill over Weeden but from a skill-set I like Weeden whom I'd be wast going to be a rookie at 29 would probably be 3rd maybe even 2nd on this list.

This one mirrors mine. No chance of the first two without a move up. Like Osweiler's potential more than Tannehill's, and really that's all we have to go on at this point because neither has played as much as the first two. It also sounds like JS and PC are somewhat interested in Cousins. I don't know enough about him to make a judgement, but I do know those two have forgotten more than I know and have a vision for where they wish to go.

Outside of Luck and RG3 this is a horrible QB class.

Luck is solid. Nuff said.

RG3 has huge Potential but only had 1 year of success.

Tannehill scary prospect. Only has a year and a half of mediocre production.

Weeden had a great year but also had the best WR since calvin Johnson on his team

Foles. Surrounded by subpart talent had an ok year. Minus the wins.

Owsieler had a bad bowl game and wouldn't be a top prospect if there weren't so many QBs going back to school.

This QB class just sucks.

Since we didn't Suck for Luck. Maybe we Pray for Peyton?

Dont draft a QB, this class sucks after RGIII. Pray for Payton or Win with Flynn!

We're just trying to get position by position rankings for this draft.
