Nope, sophomore. Was going to go after two years, but I think I might lose my skull if I stay here two years without any friends at all. It's only been like a month and I'm already halfway there

At this point me thinks journalism. Have talked to and become friends with some of the people who write about football; seems like something I could do the rest of my life TBH. Thought about sports management for a while, but that doesn't seem like something that is really practical. I remember seeing something where Mark Cuban said, "It's a jock degree and if you don't play a sport in college then there isn't a point to it." Went off about how he looks for pretty much anything besides that for his openings.
Marketing is the only other thing I would be looking at probably.

BTW does anyone know if they pay you to be on the student paper? Someone said they do, someone else said it's like work study...either way I plan on being on it.

Yeah, I was abroad in Scotland for my junior year. It was awesome, but I definitely missed the UofO. It's a different world over there, for better and worse. Missing CFB was definitely among the worse of the things.

Not sure yet. I'll have a better idea next year once I actually take classes that directly relate to my field.

I'm taking classes at a CC that will count towards the BA in Business Administration. I received my Associate's in 2010, but have had some personal issues I had to deal with. I want to do something related to sports, but don't exactly know how big the job market is.

The guys said it would be awesome because Ducks are hot right now and it would be cool for them to make a Duck tailgater since they just redid Snoops Mobile recording studio and pimped Shaq's Caddy. |

Ideally I'd love to get an internship with Nike after my junior year and then get hired after I graduate to work at the Nike Headquarters in Beaverton. Working for Nike and living just outside of Portland would be awesome. We'll see though. Competition, I imagine, is going to be ridiculous.
