OMFG. My best grill job ever. I'm so full that I'm even too lazy to re-write what I just put on facebook, so I'll just copy & paste:
Holy freakin' crap. Best food to ever come off a grill! Smoked twice baked potatoes, garlic butter smoked fish, smoked & seasoned corn and deviled eggs. Sucks my brother & his family isn't here to share it with us, but man this food is phenomenal!!!! _________________

Doesn't compare to being there and the place going ballistic, and every Chiefs fan 25 feet around me jumping up and down. _________________
Healthy Gates >>>> Anyone to play the TE/WR position, ever.
|

That's what I was going for
He's amazing...really nice guy. Never thought I'd be star struck, but it happened. I guess I have sorta developed a man crush on the guy. Anyways... Of all places, he was actually at a minor league baseball game with his kids. Minor league baseball is now my second favorite sport
2 other side notes about the Guitar God for those who might be interested.
1) He was actually "borrowing" someone's front row seats. They came in the 5th inning and booted him out. The family had NO idea who they were talking to. He apologized and paid the vendor to bring them food later on. Classy.
2) One of the Nashville Sounds players used Seven Nation Army as his intro when he came up to bat. Jack rolled his eyes every single time. Awesome. |

I don't think SNA is that great of a song but I don't see why Jack would roll his eyes at that. It is one of WS's more "popular" songs I guess. _________________
Healthy Gates >>>> Anyone to play the TE/WR position, ever.
|

I did just watch some White Stripes music videos on Youtube. I had no idea Gondry directed the Denial Twist video. Wow, that is a horrible video to watch at 5am when you're not completely conscious. _________________
Healthy Gates >>>> Anyone to play the TE/WR position, ever.
|

Nerp. I'm trying to switch from Dr Pepper to Captain Morgan but DP is just too damn addicting. I need to go cold turkey and hard on DP to quit. _________________
Healthy Gates >>>> Anyone to play the TE/WR position, ever.
|

I wasn't sure where to put this - people don't seem to like threads centered around a video. This is strong though.. and I'm glad AP put it up.
Baldwin putting in the extra work! Heart and determination on full display.

I've only heard what I am assuming is the first single off his album. I like his stuff but I don't get the obsession. I have a couple of friends that I know would love his album even if I recorded it and put his name on it. Does anyone here have an honest opinion of it? _________________

I'm not the hugest fan, and only own the one album with "SNA" on it. And overall it's decent, but relies upon 3 songs that shine above the rest IMO. However, I've heard a few of his songs on XM's Outlaw Country as well as some Racouneurs (sp?) songs, and I generally dig it.
Personaly I like the stripped down sound of the White Stripes, and I appreciate his voice. He's a strong singer/songwriter type that probably is best when uncomplicated musically.
It says something to me that he can have multiple big hits with a guy on a guitar and girl on drums alone. That's simply just not done. _________________
