Laughing I do it from school and when I worked from work, but not on vacation. I like to do nothing I normally do on vacation.

Mind answering how much you started at?

Ive been dieting/ going to the gym (almost) daily since November.

Started at around 300-310 and am now at a 243-246 range.

No problem. Started at 198. Am at 186 right now (5'10" btw). Both of those weights are morning weights. My best weight is 175, so Im not too far out at my goal.

Not sure what I'm aiming for a target weight. But right now its for my scale to read 200. After that I may drop another 10 and pick up 20 in muscle. Also I'm 6'3 6'4 depending on the day Laughing

Thats a really good weight. About 210 lbs with good muscle is great with a 6'3.5 frame.

Im looking to gain some muscle after I get back to my usual weight too. I like 185 with muscle but right now just looking to drop. Probably up to 185, but I would hate to look like a beefed up dude with no neck:

Yeah not me. I want good muscle but not to that point. Kinda Orton style:



I could probably get there if I work out enough. Not that far off. (Don't get me wrong I have a lot of work to do). But I can do it in a year if I go hard.

Yeah. Used to watch much more often, but not a big fan of the current product. Like some of these new guys like Sandow, The Shield, etc. though, so maybe Ill get back to watching regularly.
