| Building a new house from scratch. Planning to have my parents move in as well as my brother in law. Huge construction, will probably not be finished until next year. Anyhow, almost strangled one of the workers today. Used the wrong wood for a major, major part of the underlying construction and then went on using it for 5 days until I caught it, then proceeded to say he wasnt sure which type to use so he just took a guess. I think both him and myself can praise the lord that my wife was there, otherwise I probably would have choked him to death.. |

| Man, I hate running summer camp. Sometimes the little kids try your patience so much that you never want to have kids again. |

Having your parents and brother in law move in because you're close with them, or out of necessity? Just curious.
Pretty cool that you're building your own place. It's always been a dream of mine to build a house just the way I want it. I'm saving up for a house right now and in a year I should be able buy a decent one without getting screwed by the banks. Hopefully my second house I'll be able to build myself. _________________

My parents live in the US and are dirt broke. they have no other family in the states except my brothers who all live on the west coast so I asked if they wanted to move in with us. It was really bothering me that they couldnt see their grandkids grow up. My brother in law is my best friend so we are pretty close. Hes not going to live there forever so well probably use it as a guest house when he moves out. Technically I guess Im building two houses |

You got to have the right support. Especially with the kids we deal with and the needs they come with. In the non-profit sector, you never get that. |

Hey rival friends,
With the dullness of the offseason ending and the kick off to training camp begins, I start to fire up my competitive football edge once again to get me pumped for the season. And although I am compelled to feel the distain of my cross-town rival team, I really have nothing but admiration for the Giants. They truly are a class-A organization with die-hard, loyal fans. You can't go to 3 out of the last 12 Super Bowls, while winning 2 without having top-notch personell top to bottom. I think it all starts with Jerry Reese, who I've grown to respect and really admire. From college scout to pro scout to director of player personell to GM his fingerprint is all over the team in the last 15 years and he's been every bit of valuable as anyone else for the success this team and it's fans have enjoyed. But you can't look past Coughlin either. He's not a players' coach but he's a coach that demands execution and a high level of play from his players, and there's something to be said about that. We have a coach in Reid, I feel, is too into his players at times. He always usually keeps a level-headed locker room but it's more like a father-son relationship with his roster than a good working environment situation. It's almost like Reid has that angle of holding his players accountable but blaming it on himself. Coughlin would rather let his players play and if they can't get it done then theres the door. He's a results type of guy and that's something I wish we had more in my head coach. Now, obviously not to be ignored or overlooked is the stellar defensive line and the play of Eli. They really have turned out to be the class of the league. And believe me, I was really an Eli doubter but I've really come around on him. He has proved he's a great quarterback and deserves his accolades and all the credit for headlining this team and those Super Bowls. Everyone can argue about who's better from year to year and which brother is best but Eli has two rings. Which would anyone rather have? It's nice to have stats but nicer to have hardware. But anyway, enough gushing over the team. Being from New Jersey there's plenty of Giant fans for me to run into and as of right now, while I'm not caught up in the maddening and whirlwind of the regular season, I'd like to just say I am going to be more even keeled when it comes to my Giant hate. There's no real reason to hate the Giants other than just jealousy. They have made great decisions and have made it to the top over again the right way and that's admirable and commendable in my eyes. So, as to offer a sign of peace and extend an olive branch from an Eagle fan for the upcoming season:
I believe in forum unity but on a bigger scale site unity. This site wouldn't be as much fun without rival fans and you guys are the best of the bunch, IMO. Here's to health and a great ride in 2012-13. Good luck fellas.
