Their defense is overrated. Their special teams may not be though. I'd worry alot more about Cleveland or Kansas City's defense any day.
Their defense ranks like 24th + in all categories..
These stats are from 3 weeks ago before they started to lose...
Scoring Defense - 24th - 24.3 pts/game allowed
Total Yards allowed - 24th - 366.4yds/game
Passer Rating against - 28th -94.2
Rush Yds Allowed - 20th - 121.2 yd/game
Sacks - 5th Tie - 33
So the only category they are any good in is sacks. Im not saying they are horrible but the media was so quick to discredit Tebow that they had to give so much credit to the defense because they have some sacks and now many are under the impression that the defense is something special. Its not even an overwhelming # of sacks.
These statistics were from before the blowouts vs New England and Buffalo.
Those numbers should be even more scary when you consider that they have the number one rushing attack in the league which always benefits a defense because of ball control and time of possession. _________________

Our Pass D will shut down Tebow because... lets face it, hes rubbish.
Let Troy be Troy next week, dont pin him into 'centerfielder' or 'in the box' just let him do what he wants.
Put a spy on Tebow (Timmons) and let Redman and Clay pound the ball up the middle for 3 yards at a time and this will be an easy (as easy as the Steelers ever make it) win with minimal risk to Ben and also allows the line to get some run game going for the deep playoff run to Indy. _________________

| Their defense started to play well when Tebow entered started to play. However, Dawkins is the leader of their defense, so he will have a huge affect on the game if he plays. Without him, we can exploit there secondary. Bailey will shutdown Wallace IMO, but the other cornerbacks we can take advantage of. |

Their D also only started to play better against weaker teams. They looked like garbage against Detroit, NE, Oakland and Buffalo (and even The Vikings) They took advantage of the Dolphins, Chiefs, Jets, Chargers and Bears (no Cutler or Forte). I more concerned about BA calling a game like he did in Indy when he let Freeny and Mathis tee off on Ben. He let them be a force and it kept the game close. The Broncos biggest asset on D is Dumerville and Miller. Take their pass rush away by making quick throws. I know Ben likes to go deep, but play this like the Pats game. Quick throws, don't give them a chance to get the rush going.
As for the the Broncos O, I'm not overly concerned. Spy Tebow and make him throw. I also think that letting Troy play in his joker role will totally mess with Tebow. He will be in his head by the second quarter.
Also it would make me very happy if Mr. Tebow met Mr. Harrison. _________________

I hope Lebeu thinks up some ways to get three OLBs on the field. I think moving Harrison inside a few plays could really lead to a lot of confusion. _________________
