I'll be cheering for a win, but not upset over a loss

Nice goal line stance. Angerer, Bethea and Jamaal Anderson keep MJD out of the end zone

That was impressive. Bethea literally just stone MJD. right at the line. Looking at the defense, aside from the porous CBs, we have a solid young core to build upon. Angerer, Moala, Nevis, Conner, Powers and some stud vets like Bethea, Freeney and (hopefully) Mathis.

Reggie Wayne might be a better blocker than Clark.

It is clear the Colts are trying to throw this game

right, especially in the first quarter when the Jaguars were 1st and goal and ran 4 times unsuccessfully trying to get in the endzone.

On second thought, maybe b_rent87 mistyped and meant the Jags are trying to through the game. Maybe to ensure a top 5 pick? I'll bet his pride didn't allow him to return to correct himself.

I can't believe I found a gameday thread smaller than my STL Lambs.

How's it looking for you guys today?

Not good, we've managed to hold the Jags to a TD and 3 FGs so we're only down by 10. But MJD has become the Jags All Time RushingLeader and the NFLs All Time Rushing Leader vs the Colts in the course of this game (140 yrds thus far)

I really wanted you guys to win today, obviously. What's going to happen with your #1 overall pick?

We're gonna take Luck.

Our OL is terrible though. I guess a QB with good pocket presence can mask that though. Manning has been doing it forever.

I'm becoming more and more certain everyday that with the #1 pick it is a QB and almost definitely Luck

Great Orlovsky, turnover

I do think the Colts want everyone to believe that that will in fact take Luck to see if anyone will offer a king's ransom for the pick. If Chris Mortenson is to be believed the Colts could be satisfied with RG1III

No member of the media is to be believed regarding the NFL draft.

I have thought all along that the Colts would trade away that first overall pick, for a king's ransom, and laugh all the way to the bank. Knee jerk reactions are that Manning is too old to play. I think that's silly. He's easily a top 3 QB in this league. RGIII would be perfect behind Manning for a few years.

Hey, it only took 17 weeks for the back up qbs to realize what Manning has known for 2 years. Get Collie the damn ball and good things happen.
