Detroit...........they're still Detroit to me. No running game to speak of, only special player they have is Megatron....and the same thing I said about the Vikings pass D can be said about theirs, except they're ranked 8th instead of 9th..Laughing

Lions are only team to average 100 yards rushing and 300 yards passing.
LeShoure (My guy coming out in 2011) and Bell have been great lately. Detroit is still the hardest team for the Packers to beat IMO. The other 2 teams, at times, struggle to complete a forward pass.

Is anyone else sick of this Bears hype? I mean the only quality win they got IMO is Indy and that was Luck's first game. I don't think they're a top 3 NFC team tbh.

They are not. You protect the football, play good STs, and kick Cutler in the vag and the bears are going to lose. Green Bay has the blueprint and is by far a superior team.

Protecting the football is priority #1 against those guys! They are masters at creating turnovers, that's for sure!

If...... We can find 53 players to attempt to stay healthy for more than 2 plays. I dont want to be the debbie downer but if our O-line has 1 more injury to it we are in deep doo-doo. It looks like most of these guys should come back at some point this year but we saw that happen last year, everybody was playing in the playoffs and we looked like Rust City.

Of course with EDS back on the O line maybe he can untie Suh's shoes again next weekend! Wink Laughing

Report: Vick says Eagles still "control their own destiny".

Another report: Dan doesn't think Vick knows what it means for a team to "control their own destiny".

He's toeing the line, but at 3-5 hypothetically they win out, finish 11-5, I have trouble seeing them not making the playoffs. Technically as long as you don't need help from other teams losing you "control your own destiny"

Not that I give the Eagles winning out any better chances than a whelk in a supernova, but...

But they don't control their own destiny at this point. Sure, 11-5 is a likely playoff spot, but with the way things stand right now, they necessarily need help from other teams even if they run the table.

Lions vs. Vikings, who are we cheering for? I feel dirty cheering for the Vikings, but I think they've been exposed as pretenders and Lions may be on the way up. I'm leaning Vikings...

Definitely Vikings. I've gotten so tired of hearing how good the Lions are/are going to be the last couple years I absolutely want to see them lose as much as possible. I strongly dislike that team.

I was going to come here and gloat about all of the top teams losing today, but I remember what happened the last time I did that. So instead I'll discuss how frustrating Andy Reid has been for me this season. JUST RUN MCCOY PLEASE!

Just hoping for more injuries in this game to even the score in that department. Otherwise these two teams are not very impressive at all.

Never hope for injuries. No team deserves the ridiculous amount that we've had. Hope the Lions, Vikings and Bears stay as healthy as possible. Even in our crutches, we'll hammer 'em.

Lions would move to 4-5 with this loss, with GB twice, Houston, Chicago, Indy & ATL remaining. Hahaha, it's a wrap for them.

Vikings get Chicago twice, GB twice, and Houston.
