Cobbs positional flexibility, all around value, and consistency trumps Bryant's physical talent easily, for me. _________________

Bryant is your typical diva WR. The guy will never be happy, either he isn't getting enough touches or he is being underpaid for how many touches he gets. Plus he is a complete airhead. It would probably take him about 15 years to learn the entire route tree in Mac's system. I would not trade Cobb for that idiot. |

I feel that point but at some level talent is always king. Happy Bryant is not a Packer though. I don't think my heart could take it. Did a team break on the Boys twice last year. I can't tell ya how much talent that young man has. Damn guy walks away from good coverage DB's. Some Finley in that boy that will just drive ya crazy though.
That said, if I had to pick one of Cobb or Bryant I would clearly hold a heavy lean on Bryant. Much harder to find "that guy" than it is to find a good slot. _________________

I think all these "team" sorts of honors screw up by not naming 3 WRs and 3CBs. On darn near every NFL team, the third WR and the 3rd CB is de facto starter (if not a de jure starter).
If you were to do an all-under-25 team and indicate a slot WR and a nickel CB, I'm not sure you wouldn't see Cobb and Hayward in those slots (as it were.) |

I haven't looked at the News forum, yet, is it more or less than 7 Vikings fans thinking they should sign Woodson? _________________ GO PACK GO!
I won an award on the Packers forum, most grumpiest or something. |

It's "Skol, Vikings". That's ok though I mess up "Go Pack Go" all the time. _________________

First two time pro bowler I've ever seen in the same year. He made the AFC and NFC pro bowl roster this year. Pretty amazing stuff, this team simply cannot replace a talent like that easily!!! |

Pending the completion of the Percy Harvin trade to the Seahawks, the Vikings have the following WRs under contract: Jarius Wright, Greg Childs, Stephen Burton, Chris Summers.
I'm stretching my recollection to try to think of a worse WR group in the time I've been watching the NFL. I think they need to add at least 2, possibly 3 |
