Sometimes Goodell is a doofus. Did Taylor ever appeal that fine?

I was under the impression that Goodell wasn't the one that hands out the fines.

Not really. I'm not sure how one can say with irrefutable evidence that the hit to the twig n berries wasn't by accident.

If he was fined then he should have been suspended. If he was fined, that means the NFL thought he did something wrong and the something wrong that he did deserves a suspension. There shouldn't be one without the other. Either the NFL thinks he tried to hit Schuab in the goods or he didn't. Either a fine and suspension if they thought he was in the wrong or nothing. Can't see how they can do one without the other.
