Non sono sempre d'accordo con le scelte e vorrei cambiare alcune cose con rispetto ai titolari ma AVANTI COSI' MISTER CONTE

The fact that we haven't had a game on a weekend has killed my soul

We must win

Looking past this tournament, I'm interested to see what the future holds without Conte.

We can only hope and pray that our young talent takes the next step and actually become great players (at least 1/3 of Claud)

Ventura is apparently trying to bring Barzagli back for the 2018 World Cup

Honestly, even as a backup, Andrea should come out; barring a sudden change of heart, it will be Gigi's last tournament as well

Chiellini, Bonucci, Barzagli, Rugani, Romagnoli, De Sciglio, & Darmian will get the serious burn as defenders

I'm interested to see if Adam Masina gets bought by a bigger club; he might supplant Darmian if both of their respective trajectories stay as is

Quote:

Il Principino & Verratti coming back will obviously be amazing; I'm interested to see if Giaccherinho falls off a cliff or not again. I'm assuming yes without Conte. Those three will be our top 3 central midfielders. Throw Sturaro in as #4.

I never liked Marco Parolo but he actually had a very solid tournament; time will tell if he falls off the Conte-less cliff.

De Rossi was our most important player creativity-wise, but I can't imagine him maintaining his now meh-defense until 2018. I'd say 25% he's on the team in 2018. Marco Benassi will probably take his place and fight with Parolo for a spot.

Florenzi, El Shaarawy, Candreva, Bernardeschi, and now Berardi will all fight for spots on the wings

Daniele Baselli played for Ventura at Torino, so he'll definitely get tried out for the Nazionale over the course of the next two years; hopefully Ventura isn't stubborn though

Rolando Mandragora has potential too

We have a lot of quality midfielders actually.

Quote:

Eder earned his spot. Pelle will definitely still get burn at least this year. Immobile will 1000% be Ventura's love child. Zaza will still get burn. Insigne should only get better

Andrea Belotti will earn his spot; I suspect he's a darkhorse Azzurri star

We're SOL at the moment; we need a #9, but Ventura plays very counter-based attack, so we might be able to get by. We'll see

Simone Andrea Ganz is a name to keep an eye out on as well

I wish Dybala was Italian

I know a lot of Italians disagree, but I really do think Giovinco could add quite a bit to the Italian squad and wouldn't be a bad inclusion by any means.

I'm in agreement
